eu tot astept sa explice alienu de ce iei amenda daca nu ai fulgu de nea pe cauciuc, cu pasaj din lege, directiva europeana etc.

ca dupa ureche se pricepe, prost.

M+S = conventie facuta de producatorii de cauciucuri, fulgu inseamna ca a fost testata de o asociatie serioasa si ii zice 'harsh snow conditions" ceva de genul, ce ia in considerare legea romana, nu stiu.

M+S aveam pe cauciucurile de noroi de pe Nivă. Într-adevăr, M-ul îl aveau cu vîrf și-ndesat, erau grozave în noroi, cu niște crampoane impresionante, însă S-ul le cam lipsea.
Am făcut odată greșeala să mă las impresionat de crampoanele alea mari și să merg cu ele pe zăpadă. Erau praf. Aproape la fel de proaste ca unele de vară. A doua zi le-am pus pe alea de iarnă și s-a schimbat radical situația. biggrin.gif

Deci eu personal am mai multă încredere în fulg decît în M+S. Acuma, ce scrie la lege, e altă treabă și nu mă prea interesează, pentru că ale mele au și una, și alta. tongue.gif
