Nu stiu constructive ce are diferit, dar electronica difera 100%, pe langa motor mai ai nevoie de calculator si probabil ceva la instalatia electrica.

Am dat jos chiulasa si doar 6 supape au atins pistoanele, dar 2 din acele sase supape mi se par ok, banuiesc ca trebuie schimbate si alea nu?
Mai trebuie modificat ceva la chiulasa trebuie sa rectific ceva inainte sa inlocuiesc supapele? Scaunul supapelor? Mie mi se pare ok, dar nu sunt specialist!!!
Role INA, curea GATES (POWER GRIP) sau bosch sau contitech sai dayco? M-ar interesa cea ce s-a montat din fabrica! Adica originalul

Ca sa faci o treaba buna trebuie desfacute toate supapele de pe chiuloasa. verificat scaunele de supapa, verificat planeitatea, schimbat semeringurile de supapa, este de lucru si trebuie sa cunosti ce trebuie facut + ca ai nevoie de niste scule speciale, asa ca iti recomand sa te adresezi unui atelier specializat, si supape indoite ai 8 ... minim, ca poate nu le vezi cu ochiul liber este altceva, dar trebuie luate si verificate toate.

Oricum supapele alea indoite au stricat si ghidurile, si, fara indoiala, la varsta motorului si simeringurile supapelor trebuie schimbate.
Eu bag mana in foc ca si supapele sunt subtiate.

Cat despre scaune - toate trebuie repasuite.

Daca te intereseaza ce s-a montat din fabrica te duci la reno cu VINul si ceri kit de distributie, nu iei de la aprozar piese facute de acelasi producator.

Sunt doar 6 supape indoite! Se vad urmele pe pistoane unde a atins! Nu sunt 8 m-am uitat bine, as putea pune niste poze ca sa vedeti!

Si poze cu cele 4 supape care le mai am intregi dupa o alta chiulasa si inca doua care au atins:

Vreau si eu sa stiu cu ce se curata supapele astea? Si pistoanele? Ca dupa cum se vede si in poze sunt foarte murdare!
Deci, cred ca as mai avea nevoie de 2 supape de evacuare neatinse, are cineva prin garaj? Originale! Imi pare rau dar nu dispun de foarte multi bani, ca sa cumpar supape originale de la renault si decat sa cumpar aftermarchet mai bine sh de fabrica!
In legatura cu cureaua de distributie, eu am crezut ca "gates" este cea originala
din cauza manualului de reparatie

Cand le-am pus eu cred ca au fost approx 70ron/supapa de esapare echipata si ~50ron/supapa de admisie echipata.

Renault ca si multi alti producatori nu produce "in house" toate piesele, consumabilele si accesoriile. happy.gif
Multe din acestea sunt produse de cei specializati. wink.gif
Deci sa nu crezi ca o curea cumparata de la Renault e produsa de Renault in fabrica laugh.gif

E produsa de un producator de curele si inscriptionata si Renault 770... wink.gif

In acelasi timp manualul de reparatie, din cate observ e Haynes nu e facut de niste amatori.
Manualele de reparatie Haynes sunt cunoscute si recunoscute ca explicand cel mai bine deci cele mai utile pentru mecanicii amatori. wink.gif

Documentatia de service e altceva dar aceea nu e disponibila publicului larg de cele mai multe ori si oricum nu explica detaliat ca Haynes. wink.gif

Daca iti permiti sa cumperi piese originale, cu toata increderea de la Renault.

Daca nu poti utiliza linistit Gates Power Grip, role SKF sau INA. wink.gif

astazi am dus chiulasele la un atelier specializat, am comandat simeringurile "victor reinz" 40 ron, si sper ca din doua sa-mi faca una buna, adica sper sa nu mai fiu nevoit sa cumpar alte supape,
am fost la reprezentanta si supapele de admisie sunt 780 ron setul si cele de evacuare 990 ron biggrin.gif

mi-a spus domnu care a reparat chiulasa ca ghidurile nu au patit nimic, si a mai spus ca ele de obicei se sparg, pentru ca sunt din bronz!

Ti-a facut si testul de etanseitate a supapelor? ala prin care toarna benzina in partea de sus si verifica daca trece ceva?

Mie mi se pare ca supapele tale nu inchid ok, si daca asta se vede la ochi ai p problema mare ..

1. supermecanicu' tau ar trebui sa stie ca bronzul e moale, d-aia e si folosit ca material pentru ghiduri, nu se rupe, se indoaie.
2. supermecanicu' tau ar trebui sa mai puna mana pe-o carte din cand in cand. Par example pe cea de R19, unde francezul spune cat se poate de clar ca chiulasa nu se rectifica sub nicio forma, iar a ta a fost rectificata.
La prima pornire, chiar daca nu-ti vei da seama, toate supapele se vor stramba foarte putin, iar motorul va merge prost. up.gif

Ia zi, e fix cum ai dat-o jos de pe masina, nu? N-am zis ca a fost rectificata ca in cazul in care ar fi fost strambata din cauza supraincalzirii, dar a fost luat din ea.

am auzit la cineva, ca se poate comanda o garnitura de chiulasa un pic mai groasa pentru a compensa rectificarea.
nu sunt sigur ca este ok, doar am auzit...
informatia trebuie verificata.
