Anuntul este pentru un coleg:

Teren pentru construit casă de weeckend și vacanță

Vând teren 2400 mp lângă rezervația Piatra Craiului, oraș Zărnești, jud. Brașov. Prețul este de 10 euro/mp, puțin negociabil.
Terenul este acoperit cu iarbă si are deschidere 36 m la șosea cu acces direct. Vecini: vilă de vacanță, păstrăvărie, pensiune, râul Bârsa Fierului.
Este o zonă total nepoluată, nechimizată, eco. Panoramă superbă.
Distanțe/timpi față de principalele orașe:
-Brașov – 30 minute;
-București – 2 ore și 45 minute;
-Poiana Brașov – 20 minute;
-Predeal – 40 minute.

precizari: pentru eventualii doritori, in cazul in care suprafata terenului este prea mare si, de aici, pretul prea ridicat, proprietarul este dispus sa efectueze, pe cheltuialasa, dezmembrarea in loturi care sa se incadreze in posibilitatile finenciare ale viitorilor potentiali cumparatori... wub.gif
