Teren pentru construit casă de weekend și vacanță

Vând teren armonios 2400 mp lângă rezervația Piatra Craiului, lângă oraș Zărnești, jud. Brașov. Prețul este de 10 euro/mp, puțin negociabil.
Terenul are iarbă, deschidere 36 m la șosea cu acces direct. La șosea avem barieră verde de copaci și un pârâu. Se poate parcela și ½, 1200 mp, 18 m deschidere. Vecini: vilă de vacanță, păstrăvărie, pensiune, râul Bârsa Fierului.
Este o zonă total nepoluată, nechimizată, eco. Panoramă suprbă.
Distanțe/timpi față de principalele orașe:
-Brașov – 30 minute
-București – 2 ore și 45 minute
-Poiana Brașov – 20 minute
-Predeal – 40 minute

-0296- vedere drum de pe teren
-0299- vecin cu păstrăvărie și panoramă Piatra Craiului Mare și Piatra Craiului Mică
-0301-copaci care marginesc terenul. După ei este drumul de acces.
-0303- vecin cu vilă la „roșu”.
-0304- vedere spre drum
-0305- Bârsa Fierului, trece prin spatele terenului

Anuntul este pentru un coleg:

Teren pentru construit casă de weeckend și vacanță

Terenul este acoperit cu iarbă si are deschidere 36 m la șosea cu acces direct. Vecini: vilă de vacanță, păstrăvărie, pensiune, râul Bârsa Fierului.
Este o zonă total nepoluată, nechimizată, eco. Panoramă superbă.
Distanțe/timpi față de principalele orașe:
-Brașov – 30 minute;
-București – 2 ore și 45 minute;

Proprietarul terenului se va ocupa de toate documentele necesare... pentru eventualii doritori, in cazul in care suprafata terenului este prea mare si, de aici, pretul prea ridicat, proprietarul este dispus sa efectueze, pe cheltuiala sa, dezmembrarea in loturi care sa se incadreze in posibilitatile financiare ale viitorilor potentiali cumparatori...

Se asteapta doritorii de aer curat...liniste...tocmai buna de refugiat in week-end...
