RENAULT INTRODUCES TWINGO GORDINI R.S.

The return of the Gordini name is to be marked by the introduction of a new chic and sporty
version of Renault Sport's pocket rocket which takes a current-day stance on the cues long
associated with the Gordini world.
Just as it did in the past, the combination of French racing blue, white racing stripes and
stylish, quilted-leather upholstery forms an integral part of the package, with a distinctly
modern touch.
The latest version of Renault's city car, which will appeal to customers looking for a
distinctive vehicle with an assertive character, exudes an unmistakably French feel and
stands out as a fitting homage to everything the Gordini signature stands for.
Twingo Gordini R.S. is being premiered until January 10, 2010, at the L’Atelier Renault on
the Champs-Elysées, in Paris, as part of the prestige showroom's 'Christmas in Blue'
exhibition.
It will then go on sale across Europe from March 2010.
LOOKS REDOLENT OF THE WORLD OF SPORT
Twingo Gordini R.S. features a gleaming Malte Blue lacquered metallic finish, plus two white racing
stripes, in keeping with tradition.
The front and rear bumpers are enhanced by gloss black details, while the foglamp surrounds,
exterior mirror housings and lip spoiler are all picked out in a contrasting white finish.
'Gordini Series' badging either side refers back to the heyday of the Gordini Cup when the
qualifying heats of the different meetings were known as séries.
This exclusive exterior styling package is rounded off by a choice of either blue or black diamondeffect
17-inch aluminium alloy wheels.

The same Gordini spirit prevails inside, too, thanks to:
- Renault Sport seats with extra lateral support, plus blue and black quilted, Gordinibadged leather upholstery,
- blue leather door panel inserts,
- blue and black leather steeringwheel with two white stripes to indicate the centre point,
- blue gearlever bellows and Gordini-badged gearlever knob,
- blue rev-counter with white surround,
- trimmed dashboard cowl with visible stitching.

The Renault Sport versions of Twingo figure are the segment's best-selling small sporting models

Fiat 500 Abarth. (urmează și o versiune de 160CP)

Prin motor mai mare nu mă refer neapărat la cilindree, cât la putere. Cred că Gordini merită mai mult de 133 CP.

Păi nu "rachetă" ar dori cumpărătorii acestui Gordini? Sau se mulțumesc cu dungile? smile.gif

@artvandelay: Confunzi clasa mini cu cea mica.
In cazul lui 500, caii aia putere primiti intra la tuning, si nu o serie - fie ea si limitata.

FIAT 500 Abarth motorizare 1.4 turbo de 135 CP si 205 Nm la 3000 rpm...Deci nu vad o diferenta notabila intre una si alta. Versiunea de 160 CP exista si se numeste "esse esse" (SS in limba italiana tongue.gif). Diferenta intre versiunea "standard" si cea de 160 CP este data de reprogramarea softului si schimbarea filtrului de aer cu unul de la BMC.
Ambele versiuni sunt modificari ale modelului de serie, pe care le executa Abarth in uzina de la Mirafiori.

arata bine insa sunt dezamagit ca pt inceput gordini inseamna doar niste chestii vizuale..

Ok, Gordini nu-i pentru tine, insa asa de dragul conversatiei, ce diferente ai dori intre renault sport si gordini?
Poate twingo asta e doar un inceput al reinceputului.

Adica poate nu asta inseamna Gordini. Doar o demonetizare a istoriei printr-o vopsea si doua dungi date unui produs RenaultSport.

Adica poate ar fi meritat "heritage"-ul sa fie mult mai hardcore. Sa fie pozitionat mai sus de RS in gama printr-o suita de modificari tehnice. Nu prin modificari estetice de tipul vopselei si a dungilor istorice.

Ma fac ca inteleg cautarea unei nise mai exclusiviste in "marea" de produse exclusiviste bazate pe modelele de serie. Dar, si aici intervine un mare DAR, am un RS. Megane. Nu mi-as lua un Gordini daca as avea de ales intre un RS si un RS vopsit si-atat. Pacat. Marketing fail, cel putin in faza asta, pentru mine. ph34r.gif

LE: si cand zic RS ma pot referi si la R26/R26 R, in privinta Megane-ului. Sau al mai noului RS 3.

eu nu zic ca in esenta produsul e rau (dpdv tehnic) doar e rs.. insa nu se diferentiaza prea tare fata de un twingo rs normal.. iar numele gordini cred ca merita mai mult..

Sa zicem ca am intrebat pe cineva care stie mai multe despre modelul asta.
Diferentele intre gordini si sport ar cam fi:
Exterior: alta vopsea, alte abtibilde biggrin.gif
Interior:schimbator de viteze diferit, scaune diferite, si ceva plasticaraie
Consumer experience: Pret tongue.gif

Sunt de-acord cu aphophis... daca tot au facut atata caz, puteau macar sa tuneze motorul mai serios... Ca din 1.6 poti scoate mai mult de 133 de cai.
basca mea... acu' 40 de ani, R12 gordini avea 125 de cai, tot cu un 1.6. Atat au evoluat in 40 de ani? opt cai frumosi ?

Nu-mi vine sa cred ca spun asta dar sunt de acord cu C a t a l i n. Nu conteaza daca altii au mai multi cai sau mai putini, dar ideea e ca auzi "Gordini," vezi masina si iti imaginezi ca ar avea macar 200 cai. Zic si eu.

Dezamagitor, motorul se putea tuna destul de serios pentru pretentiile numelui Gordini. Ma asteptam la admisie cu clapete individuala, macar 160cp (100cp/l) dar Renault incearca sa vanda actipilduri si vopsea la preturi foarte mari cu pretentii de exclusivitate. Se putea monta motorul de 1.2 turbo si urcat putin in putere si macar ieseai mai ieftin la taxe si asigurare, macar TURBO suna mai bine pentru asocierea cu Gordini.

Asa cum au existat modele precum Renault 12 Gordini, tare as fi curios sa vad si un Logan Gordini. Daca tot e facut de Reno.
Frumos Twingo. Si eu zic ca ajung 200CP. N-as vrea sa vad pe cineva intrand intr-un copac cu un Twingo... la viteze d'alea blink.gif

Asta am zis si eu, poate fi o solutie de readucere in atentie si pe sosele a unui fenomen de acu 40 de ani.
Si dupa mine, cum se confirma aparitia acestei serii limitate, lista de asteptare e completa si inchisa. wink.gif

pai daca vrei sa zganderi publicul eu zic ca dpdv al tehnicilor de marketing trebuie sa oferi ceva care sa atraga atentia asupra acelui model. O culoare noua si niste dungi nu cred ca fac acest lucru.


Sa fim bine inteles, nu zic ca un gordini rs e prost, doamne feri, pun pariu ca e la fel de fun de condus ca si un twingo rs normal. Insa nu prea se diferentiaza real fata de un twing rs normal

Mie-mi place. Daca ar fi sa aleg intre un rs si un gordini as alege clar gordini. Chiar daca nu difera dpdv tehnic. Desi din cate am citit pe-acolo ar fi un soft special la motor. Poate si alta cutie de viteze. Ce zici Ironick??

Mie imi place si exteriorul, si interiorul, mai ales volanul.
Motorul e destul pentru ceeea ce se vrea a fi. E masina pentru folosinta domestica, nu pentru curse.
