I need a help - can someone make a local phone call and speak with the support of Vonino ?
I have a Vonino Kidswatch S2 buyed here from Bulgaria. From a long time I don't use it. Now my kid need to use it but it can't because I forgot the user and password for the master account on the app that is install to phone. So the master account must be reseted. That can be done only from Vonino support. But the problem is that in Bulgaria there is no more Vonino service.
I must call Romanian support. But I don't speak Romanian and the phone call from Bulgaria it will be expensive.
So can some one call the Romanian support from me.? Just must to say that the master account on the device must be reseted .

Have you solved the problem?
No.
@ProfiBv - I already reset it before four days. But that command just reboot the watch , nothing else. Also I reset it to factory settings with - factory# , but that just reset the watch to original state. Delete the stored numbers ,and reset the time. The account was no reseted. The master account must be reseted by Vonino support.

EDIT: I've made the call, I spoke to a lady from support, she will make the call to their technical department and they will contact me back today.

They called me back with info. Seems like the guy from technical department was free today but tomorrow is back to work and they promise that the problem will be solved.
So I have to wait for technical department to call me tomorrow. I get back to you as soon as I have more info.

Virtual is good enough but two days ago I just bought a 12 pack of Zagorka (my favorite bulgarian beer) from CBA PYCE!

Tech support just called me, they found your ticket too, but they respond late because they do some sort of maitenance works on their systems.
Anyway, in half an hour the account will be reset and they will give me (and maybe to you via email) the new user & pass. You can change them later.

First they have to know the email that was used for registering the watch.
They want to make sure if it is really your watch.
Can you tell me the email so I can confirm them?
Has as allready said the watch I buy it from some one else. The .an was first owner and he make a first registration. But he don't remember the mail and.password. If he remember it will be give it to me, but he don't remember.
So and he send to them mail before three days, but and he had no answer for them

Support just wants to know the first email registration.
And they told me that is has to be: irena....something@hotmail.com.
And they want me to confirm them the last name from that email address.
Surely if the original owner know half of email address, then it must know the other half.
And I think so. I send it to the owner Viber message. Becouse he is now on vacation and don't answer my call. So when He give me the rest of the mail I will give it you

The guy from support didn't told me the other half of email, they wait for me to tell them.
They have to be sure that the watch is really yours.....which, I guess, is normal for security reasons.

What is the name from receipt?
If is Irena ....something....maybe it's enough for them.....I don't know.
Here on the receipt don't write the name. Also the receipt is very old and blur

That means you have to find out that email.....
Or maybe.....I guess you know the name of the person that sold you the watch.
So Irena is his....wife maybe. And maybe she has the same last name.
It's a long shot but if you think it worth the try.......
