Sala de forta

hello! Unde pot gasi o sala de forta ok, preferabil non stop, dat fiind ca de obicei termin cu munca seara tarziu. Am facut burta si trebuie sa scap de ea dry.gif .. Cu putin noroc va deveni o obisnuinta mersul la sala.
Eventual bagati niste preturi/dotari.

IDM si Mariott stiu ca au pana la 00.00, insa cel mai bine verifica la ei. Nu cred ca termini la 01 noaptea munca, iar daca vrei sala de forta poti trece de la munca 2 ore...

Cu un antrenament bine gindit in 40 de minute ai terminat tot.De 3 ori saptamina.Daca in we mai joci ceva orice aerob slabesti rapid si ramai si cu ceva muskiuleti.

Dotari in ce sens? Aparate bune, dus, aer conditionat, 60 ron 12 intrari, 100 nelimitat. de la ora 8 la ora 20.

Ca tot se vorbeste de sali pe aici. Cine ma ajuta si pe mine cu niste sugestii despre niste suplimente eventual si despre program. Vreau sa fac niste modificari ca parca m-am saturat de asta si mi se pare ca nu am rezultate.

chiar asa. domnu' culturist ia da si mie neste sfaturi, te rog smile.gif
ce-as putea sa fac intr-o ora la sala. mai mult nu pot sa stau. cam ce genuri de exercitii. cum sa le grupez, cate sa fac....etc. ca sa ma dezvolt armonios smile.gif
si ce pastile ar trebui sa iau? sau prafuri? da' nu d-alea de crecut muschiu'. ci unele sa-mi dea energie cat sa nu adorm pe aparate.

de prin luna mai, n-am mai dat pe la sala (inainte mergeam cam de 3-4 ori pe saptamana). si se simte. brandu' a dat inapoi pana la 46 cm, in talie ma apropii de marimea 38 (inainte eram pe la 36). inca n-am facut burta, da' daca o tin tot asa, am toate sansele.

Dar eu nu sunt culturist, doar un tip obisnuit care face miscare, care mananca bine si fara pastile:

Prima sedinta : piept, spate abdomen
A doua sedinta : biceps, triceps, abdomen
A treia sedinta : umeri, trapez
A patra zi : picioare.

15 minute incalzire si 45 de minute exercitii - program alert sau 1 ora si 1/2 daca vrei sa o freci mai mult. Asta e tot.
Si expertul in culturism este cristianxxl, cred ca te poate ajuta mai bine.
bea_mc - eu ti-am spus ce sa faci, eu de la 85 de kg, am ajuns la 99 si asta printr-un program usor de a lungul a 15 luni, incet, dar sigur smile.gif, oricum fac sala doar pentru a ma mentine in forma, nu pentru muschi, care oricum se formeaza..

Pai eu fac asa:
Luni: umeri+trapez+abdomen
Marti: spate+triceps+abdomen
Joi: piept+abdomen (sunt varza dupa asta wacko.gif )
Si mai trebuia sa fie sambata cu:biceps si ceva pentru picioare dar pentru ca ma cam dor antebratele cand fac biceps cam sar ziua asta. sleep.gif
@Cristib doar 46 ai la biceps?? radmasa.gif
@Muztunache stiu ca noi am mai discutat despre asta numai ca tot am dubii daca fac sau nu bine.
