Teens are told to stop short of sex

SCHOOLKIDS are being urged to try oral sex in a Government drive to cut teen pregnancies.

The advice comes in Ten Commandments for young people released by chief medical officer Sir Liam Donaldson.

He says 15 and 16-year-olds should limit their sexual contact to touching, fondling and pleasuring each other.

Sir Liam said: “Sexual behaviour is often unsafe in adolescence. Teenagers have more sexual partners and may use condoms inconsistently or unsuccessfully.”

His tip says: “Think of all the lovely sexy things you can do without actually ‘doing it’.

“And if you do ‘do it’, be safe and use a condom.”

His ‘stop-short’ guidance follows an explosion in teen pregnancies.

More than 3,000 girls under 16 gave birth in England and Wales in 2006 and 4,700 had an abortion.

But last night Sir Liam was branded “grossly irresponsible” by a parents’ pressure group.

Norman Wells of Family and Youth Concern said: “He should stress the benefits of saving sex for marriage.”

Oral Sex, but hasn’t there just been a report proving that the sudden rise in mouth / throat cancer is due to Oral Sex????? So as long as the population is kept down it doesn’t matter that people are dying of cancer!!!! And just when you think the clowns in government cant get any more stupid.
