I must apologise for asking in English, but I do not speak Romanian at all. I stumbled across this thread from your posts in www.meganeownersclub.co.uk.

I have also installed xenon headlights and I would like to ask if you have found a way to control the height of the lights from the switch inside the cabin, left from the steering wheel.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Asa arata noul modul de comanda a pompei cu dublu sens pentru instalatia de spalat faruri.Timpii de comanda sunt aceeasi,adica:
- 3 sec se actioneaza pompa de spalat parbrizul (montajul intra in functiune,daca faza scurta este aprinsa)
- 3 sec este spalat un far
- 1 sec pauza (nu 2 sec cum am gandit prima data)
- 3 sec este spalat celalat far

Se pot observa dimensiunile mult mai reduse decat primul montaj
Kitul inca nu este gata,mai am de lucru la instalatia electrica,care se ataseaza montajului,de facut ultimele teste,iar luni va pleca catre un coleg de pe forum

If you are still interested to fix your problem with the height of the lights why don't you send a p.m. or an email to skorpio_bog? He was last seen on this forum yesterday, but maybe he didn't notice your post probably because he didn't add this thread in his own list of subscriptions.

Hi soterman,

It's true that I have an account on meganeownersclub.co.uk and I'm sorry for my delayed response. The height of the headlights is indeed controlled from the switch located on lower left of the steering wheel, near the Cruise control button, but I had the switch by default from the factory, the car came with this feature, I didn't added it afterwards. Now it depends of what type of xenon headlights you got. If they are the original xenon headlights then the control of headlight's height can't be done manually from that switch, it has to be made automatically by the autoleveling feature, if the headlights have classic H7 bulb socket then you should have the switch or at least the wiring by default from the factory.

pai nu asta a fost intentia mea abia acum am vazut postul, nu stiu de ce nu am primit notificare pe mail la postul lui, am primit doar la ultimul post al lui cosmin.

soterman if understand corectly you instaled on youre car factory xenon headlights insted of halogen headligts and you can't chang de height of the light beam becaus the sensors and the electroics are missing.
Ther is a way to control the height of the ligts.You have to adapt the original height adjument motor (wich with the car is eqipped) to act the newly instaled xenon headlight.

What hes saying is that he had halogen light from factory - whic come with manual (well electric, but still.... manual) height adjustment.

ALso what hes saying is that if you have factory xenon ( HID - high intensity discharge) you also have according to regulations auto leveling sensors and a headlamps washing instalation. If you have auto leveling ( that meaning factory xenon) you do not have the adjustment button near the cruise control button on the left of the steering wheel.

The factory xenon has, for autoleveling, (on laguna at least but most likely on megane too) two sensors - one on the front left side (on front wheel wishbone) and one on real axle also on the left side. This two sensors provide info for the car regarding to load on each axle. With this info the cars UCH (computer) raises and lowers AUTOMATICLY the light beam.

in the attached link you can see the sensors (for laguna 2 ph 2) to get an ideea.

edit: first of all for us to be able to help you you must tell us if you have factory xenon or aftermarket (that means installed in a ghetto workshop after you got the car)

second - if you have factory xenon - look for these sensors - you may have actualy a mechanical problem with them, they have ball joints whic tend to "jump" and the rod may hang loose thus providing abtract information to UCH.

Am o laguna 2 din 2001 cu instalatie din fabrica insa am gasit pompa pentru spalator far cu cablul taiat si nu imi pot da seama de unde a fost alimentata sau de unde pot sa o realimentez ?
Are cineva un desen sau o schita cu cablajul respectiv pentru pompa spalator far sau un sfat pt legaturi?

Eu am pus 2 pompe fiecare far cu pompa lui

Asa?

Cum se pot regla duzele? ca am loat si eu la fel acelasi cod dar nu pot sa le ridic mai sus bila sta fixa.

Cu o lama de cutit, introduci in fanta aia lata din bila si o ridici la cat doresti.

Nu merge deloc am tras de ia credeam ca o rup am pus si o poza.

Posibil sa fie intepenita, respectiva bila in suport. Eu asa am facut la mine...

Am rezolvat am dat cu wd-40 si sau desprins pana la urma.

Salutare, sper ca mai urmareste cineva acest topic. Dupa lungi cautari si abtineri sa cumpar un kit xenon H7, am achizitionat acum 2 saptamani un kit H7R, partea de jos a becului fiind colorata pt a nu reflecta lumina in sus. Le-am facut un reglaj la sange pt a fi sigur ca nu orbesc ceilalti participanti la trafic. Acum ideea este ca vreau sa le pun si spalare pt faruri.[le sterg mereu cand plec de acasa cu servetele umede:))]. Dupa multe tutoriale citite, am decis sa cumpar diuze de citroen c3 parca tip perdea pt parbriz, si pe cele care erau acum la parbriz sa le ,,retrogadez" pt faruri. Partea de instalatie nu cred ca este asa greu de realizat. Problema vine la alegerea motorasului care sa le spele. Am vazut ca o soltuie ar fi montarea a doua motorase, care sa fie actionate simultan dintr-un buton plasat strategic in interior sau o versiune mai paguboasa, sa fie actionate simultan cu parbrizul.
Nu prea ma incanta versiunea cu motoras cu 2 cai, cu tinerea 3 sec etc, vreau ceva simplu.

Acum daca am inteles eu bine, motorasele merg si de berline, 35 -40 de lei zicea cineva mai sus. Intrebari: pot folosi diuzele originale pt spalare far?
Sfaturi ceva despre gaurirea si etansarea rezervorului de lichid? si daca ar fi cineva care se pricepe la electrica as fi recunoscator[platesc evident] cu realizarea cablajului plus butonas aferent, probabil de unde reglez oglinzile si farurile. E mai buna varianta cu punerea in paralel a motorasului pt spalare parbriz cu cele 2 pt faruri si la actionarea manetei sa mearga toate 3[nu ma intereseaza prea mult ca se consuma lichidul asa repede]?Multumesc o seara buna.

Nu stiu cum ai sa prinzi duzele de parbriz originale pe bara fata, plus ca nu o sa arate nici estetic si nu o sa le poti nici regla, parerea mea e sa iti iei stropitorile originale, bara are pe spatele ei loc marcat exact unde sa dai gaura.

ok. Multumesc pt recomandare. Dar legat de legarea motoraselor? cum recomandati?

Iti recomand sa folosesti duzele originale pentru faruri, eu folosesc 2 motorase de Logan ( cate unul pentru fiecare duza) si isi fac treaba perfect, ca fixare a motoraselor am folosit niste mansoane din cauciuc pentru etansare... eu l-am activat astfel incat daca am farurile aprinse si tin mai mult de 3 secunde spalatorul la parbriz spala si farurile.

Am inteles. O sa incep sa ma ocup de achitionare mai intai, pe urma sa vad cine o sa fie dispus sa ma ajute cu gaurirea rezervorului de lichid si montarea lor. Mersi frumos baieti de informatii.

Te mai ocupi de montarea spalatorilor pt faruri ? Un nr de tel , mail etc. ! MS

Ma puteti ajuta cu un cod pentru vasul de lichid pentru spalare faruri (cel din partea soferului), pentru un megane 1 (model 1999-2002).
E identic cu cel de pe scenic 1 ?

.... sau cu o serie de sasiu de pe un megane 1.2. care are din fabrica instalatia de spalare faruri...... Asa voi afla codul pentru rezervorul aferent pentru instalatia de spalare faruri.

Iti trimit p.m. cu VIN-ul de la masina mea.
