Dear Mrs. Mylene ARDITO,

I would like to tell you few things about my Renault experience. But first off all I would like to introduce myself:

- my name is "Shadow Squirell", a former Renault client;

- 1 year and 5 months ago I buy from IPSO a brand new Renault MEGANE sedan – VFXXXXXXHXXXXXX0XX

- I receive many of your “marketing” letter very nice writen using words like “fidelity”, “special for you”, “special offers” etc etc etc (I may say bla bla bla – but only after 1 year and 5 months!)

Almost one month and a half ago I experienced some problems with my brand new car (18.000 km), a car which during all our “relationship” enjoys a nice concrete garagge, two times per months bath and a harmfull manner of driving (I’m a father of a nice 2 and a half years dougther which was used to travel all around with me). So, recently my former car starts to generate hardly noises when I was spining the wheel in order to park the car in the garagge.

I call imediatelly IPSO service. After many many minutes of waiting (you may check your recordings and also my mobile phone detailed bill) I finally succeded to schedule a visit to the service shop. In the mean time I proceed to demand some questions to Renault Romania related to this problems and also I downloaded more than 80 pages of similar problems from the public theads posted by specialized forums (www.reno.ro for example). The information that I get from these public threads leads me to the conclusion that this type of car can have serious problems both with suspensions kit and direction box. Many of your clients described similar experiences and expressed theyr anger using these public threads.

After the visit to IPSO your colleagues told me that they fix the problems and indeed my car have some problems with amortisation plates (Renault specialists reffer to that part as “suspension kit” – it is not clear for me that this suspension kit includes also the “amortisseur” or not). They make some notes over the service papers saying that it is no major problems and it is recomanded to change these parts under the warranty agreements (which follow to expire in not much more than 1500 km). I’m not convinced about the fact that they have not tried to postponed this intervention as much as possible in order to overpassed the warranty period and to charges me with these expenses as a consequences of a “bad manner of driving”.

During 2 weeks I expected an answer from your men. And guess what? I receive no answer. After many many minutes of calls and long discussions and after a second discussion with Renault Customers Voice Operator something has started to move. After a ping-pong game between Renault and IPSO I was appointed to service in the third week after the first visit.

It seems that they have changed the damage part of the car (I repet myself and I tell to you that I’m not convinced that they do theyr best in order to solve that problem – there is no clear signs to lead me out to the conclusion that they changed something to the car – it is possible to be wrong, but believe me I was having these feeling when I went out to the service shop). They hardly tried to convince me that there is no problem with the car. Now think for your self, DO YOU PUT YOUR BABIES IN A CAR WITH PROBLEMS AT THE DIRECTION BOX??????? DO YOU DRIVE THIS CAR WITH MORE THAN 130 KM/H ON THE HIGHWAY????? DO YOU TURN LEFT OR RIGHT IN A 120 – 160 DEGREE CURVE WITH MORE THAN 60 km/h?????? You have only one answer: NO.

Anyway, the important part it is coming right now. After all these maddnes I decided to sell the car with a hardly discount and also not to be your client during all my life. And believe me I will do that. I will also told all my friend about my bad experience with Renault Romania. It is not possible that a brand new car to have such problems (don’t try the part with Romanian roads – this car was held in my “hands”!) and (MORE IMPORTANT) it is not possible that the service procedure to be so complicated and not friendly.

When I buy this car you were so kind, you offer me various “value added” services, but in reality your (not consumer oriented) men ruin all this image that you were trying to build.

I hope to read carefuly this message and to understand the important part. Your strategy is wrong and will not support your long term growth. The words are spreading quicly and you should start to be afraid about the consequences.

Cred ca au aia un teanc cat tine de inalt de harduri pline cu mailuri de genul asta. Daca pana acum nu au facut nimic, ce te face sa crezi ca vor face in continuare?

Eu am avut priobleme din fabricatie cu geamurile(macaralele) si dupa un an am fost invitat la cel mai apropiat service autorizat pentru a fi schimbate cele doua macarale.GRATIS!

Eu nu inteleg... e Shadow Squirell sau Samurai Squirell ?!

Eu zic ca e o victorie personala. Ei probabil ca nu sunt afectati de asemenea miscari.

Felicitari oricum pentru pozitia adoptata. Si eu am facut la fel... Reno Cluj sunt de kko la service. si au fost primii care m-au ajutat in decizia facuta.

Alta masina/alta marca. La revedere si drum bun.

Ce imagine or avea despre romania cand primesc scrisori cu amortizoare, casete, colaoane de directie schimbate asa devreme...

De fapt o imagine exista...ce-a publiocata de ziarul italian...
Daca scrisoarea venea de oriunde altrundeva in afra de ro. probabil ca ar fi luat-o in sema...

Eu in apropate 38k nu am schimbat nimic la rtenul de rulare...mai conteaza si cum exploatezi masina.

Am cunoscut pe cineva cu un land cruiser care imi explica ca la 60k a schimbat aproape toata suspensia fata...acum ce ar fi trebuit sa faca sa scrie la toyota sa spuna ca masina este o porcarie?

Mai conteaza si cum o exploatezi...

mda... vw cluj. smile.gif la termene/programari te omoara. In rest sunt ok. Pana acum.
I-am vizitat deja de 3 ori.

1. verificat/strans far ceata partea dreapta
2. rescris software calculator
3. programare pentru reparatie
Am masina zgariata (da... deja sad.gif ) si dureaza ~ o luna pana intra la reparat.

Am prieten care a renuntzat la passat din cauza la service(timpul mult pierdut pe acolo. reparatiile si restul sunt facute ok).
Ce sa zic? noroc ca am finutzi la Oradea... unde sper sa-mi fac cel putin reviziile. Acolo cica sunt mai de doamne ajuta.

Tipule, sa fim seriosi, ai fost pe la orice reprezentanta/service autorizat al oricarei marci sa vezi ce cozi de masini noi (care nu stau neaparat pt. revizii cat pt. problema grave) sunt pe acolo? Eu unul am fost si la Peugeot si Renault si VW Constanta si m-am cam lamurit. Unde ce sa mai spun ca unui "cunoscut" de-al meu care avea un Mercedes 200 nu mai stiu cat i-a cazut computerul de bord dupa 2500km?
Mi se pare ca noi astia din romania nu realizam un lucru. vrem ieftin si bun insa asta nu se poate, e un fel de pleonasm ca sa zic asa. Mergeti sa vedeti in Franta cum stau Renault-urile acolo, pai nu au nici un fel de problema. Deci inca o daca, ce e facut pt. piata de EST este facut mai prost (a se citi mai ieftin). Ma intreb daca Meganurile din Franta sunt facute in Turcia. NU CRED !
Sa am pardon, noi nu suntem in stare sa dam bani multi pe lucruri bune, pe noi ne doare de PRET si apoi de restul. Este asa sau nu???
Cine ar fi dat sa zicem 20k Euro pe un Megane 2? .. dar in schimb sa nu ai be nici o problema? Eu unul m-am resemnat, masinile frantuzesti sunt ieftine la achizitie dar scumpe la intretinere, asta nu absolut neaparat ca pica lucruri grave pe ele, ci ca pica lucruri minore dar des. Este ceva de genul imprimantelor, decat sa iti cumperi cartus original la imprimanta mai bine iei una noua, ESTE???
Bafta !
PS: mi-a luat Megane ca a fost ieftin si intretinut, nu de alta ! Mai e` cineva in asentimentul meu?
