Probleme Motor 1.5 dci

Salutare,am un clio symbol 2 an 2005 motorizare 1.5 dci si am urmatoarea problema,cand cuplez AC motorul nu mai merge rotund merge "sacadat" si scoate si putin fum.

PS:nu stiu daca are vreo legatura dar cand depasesc 60km/h se aude un sunet metalic ( ca si cand ar trage cineva cu o mitraliera) sunetul se aude undeva in partea stanga

Stie cineva de la ce poate fi ?

Reconditionarea nu consta numai in schimbarea duzelor sau a supapei de retur.

Rezervorul a fost curatat,filtrul de combustibil schimbat..

Am curatat si pompa,acum am fost in garaj sa ii dau o cheie si a pornit lung scoate fum iar motorul merge neregulat....
PS: sa fie regulatorul de presiune ?

UPDATE

Tacanitul si fumul negru gros s-au remediat ! Mecanicii ***** nu mi-au strans bine unul din injectoare ! #romania !


Pus testerul pe Masina,presiune prea mare in Instalatia AC 19BARI,cand cuplez AC motorul da in greu ! solutii ??

Tacanitul metalic eu il aveam la 10.000-15.000 de km....pe vremea aia alimentam si cu LUKOIL.....tacanea si se balansa masina, trepida pe acel tacanit. De cand am trecut pe OMV si ROMPETROL nu mai am aceasta problema....acum am 80.000km.

Nu stiu cat trebuie sa fie presiunea la aer dar iti recomand AUTOCOBALCESCU VITAN, costa 80 lei si merita, iti face test la instalatie si umplere la parametri.

Am mai bagat si eu freon pe unde apucam cu 60- 70 lei si dupa 2 luni maxim nu mai mergea, fasaia si nu baga rece, ajunsesem sa cred ca am probleme, masina luata de noua, ingrijita, m-am ferit de reprezentanta din cauza programarilor si costului usor ridicat. Am fost nevoit sa dau 80 lei, era ultima solutie, mi-au verificat instalatia, nu pierdea, ceilalti nu bagau freon cat trebuie, sau bagau mai mult ulei...aer , ceva de genul. La Autocobalcescu am bagat freon acum 1 an si merge si acum. RECOMAND!

Tacanitul l-am rezolvat era de la un injector nestrans ! dar acum problema este ca atunci cand cupleaza AC motorul nu merge rotund la relanti,merge in suturi,si scoate si fum,la fel si electroventilatorul merge se opreste merge se opreste....cum opresc AC isi revine....pe Tester imi arata doar presiune mare in instalatie AC

scoate bujiile si daca le gasesti albe in virf sau chiarf si cu ulei pe ele, atunci motorul e dat pe ulei si trebuie segmentat. cind masina scoate fum iar la cuplarea ac-ului mai si trapideaza , asta ar fi una din cauze.
fa verificarea asta. dureaza 10min sau mai putin.

Am verificat sunt Ok bujiile,injectoarele la fel sunt Ok,masina nu scoate fum decat cand se cupleaza AC.....

Cand cuplezi ac ul, urca turatia la 900?
Daca este sa o tii pe liber si putin accelerata merge motorul rotund sau sacadat?
