Buna seara in primul rand, sunt un nou posesor de Renault Clio 2 2003 1.5dci 65cai. 149.000km
Am cumparat masina acum o luna in stare "buna". Azi am observat sub ea o pata mare de antigel. Am un prieten mecanic si mi-a zis ca e pompa de apa. Atunci am zis sa o bagam in garaj sa vedem ce alte probleme mai are.
Turbina plina de ulei, am desfacut filtru de aer sa avem acces mai usor... tija turbinei are un joc foarte mare , am zis sa verificam si injectoarele. In 5 secunde de mers primul injector pe retur a dat 3ml inj 2 a dat 1ml inj 3-4 cate 5ml. Precizez ca sunt si niste bule de aer pe retur. Cand am luat masina avea becul de la bujii aprins mereu (asa e si acum) . Inca nu am apucat sa o pun pe stester. Cam cat m-ar duce toata distractia cu reparatiile de rigoare? Trebuie schimbata si distributia cu pompa cu tot....

cat ai dat tu pe ea?? la cate probleme ai spus ca are ..... nu cred ca se merita.un injector la mana a doua 400 roni[din propria experienta]100 testerul .distributia cam 800 .100 bujiile ,restu nush
app daca ii plina de ulei turbina sigur ii pe duca.si ca idee una noua ii scumpa rau

Am uitat sa precizez... bujiile sunt noi... dabea au fost schimbate. ... am dat o alta masina la schimb nu am luat.o cu bani...

Daca martorul de bujii sta aprins inseamna ca ori senzorul de pe filtrul de motorina detecteaza apa si ai la filtru sub el un surubel care rotesti si curge motorina sa elimini apa.Ori indica o eroare in partea de injectie.
Turbina nu trebuie sa fie plina de ulei dar daca e o pelicula de ulei cred ca e ok deoarece isi face ungerea.
Ungerea isi face cu uleiul de la motor prin acea ciuperca care este situata pe tubulatura de la admisie.

Daca "ciuperca" aceea este dusa turbina poata sa trage mai mult ulei.Ulei care poate sa ajunga prin admisie si nu e ok.Daca se intampla asta se observa bineinteles fum pe evacuare.
Sper sa te ajute si aceste informatii.
Si ca idee cu o interfata kkl si ddt2000 iti poti citi si singur erorile si sa le stergi.O gasesti pana in 100 lei.+ un laptop la indemana.

Eu stiam ca ciuperca aia opreste vaporii de ulei sa nu ajunga in admisie, turbina are un furtun metalic prin care ajunge ulei la ea, totodata uleiul raceste turbina, nu poti face ungere si racire din vapori, mai ales la turariile si temperatura la care lucreaza turbina.
La modelele cu turbina variabila trece si antigelul prin corpul ei pentru o racire cat mai eficienta. De asta se zice si se stie, dupa un drum lung pe autostrada sau un drum in care motorul a fost solocitat mai mult, la oprire se va lasa motorul 3-5 minute la relanti pentru a permite uleiul sa raceasca turbina. Daca nu se respecta regula atunci uleiul ramas pe rulmentii turbinei va coace si va impiedica buna ungere a turbinei ceea ce va duce in viitor la "motorul a luat-o pe ulei".

E plina de ulei ciuperca aia inclusiv turbina... am desfacut acel tub din capul ei si am mișcat de axul turbinei... se are joc foarte mare sus jos.... + injectoarele care dau prea multa motorina pe retur... doar injectorul 2 cred ca functioneaza mai ok... restul sunt cam duse .. am facut testul cu pahare gradate...

App... pot pune alta turbina mai mare ? Si daca da, ce alte modificări ar trebui sa fac la motor ? 😆

Multumesc pentru corectare.
Deci ala separa vaporii de ulei daca se strica stiu ca turbina iti poate trage ulei pe acolo si sa iti bage pe admisie.

S-a mai vorbit despre asta, nu ai ce modificari/reparatii sa ii faci, odata ce a plecat pe ulei motorul este stricat. A fost neglijat schimbul de ulei ce a dus la stricarea turbinei, care la randul ei a lasat ulei in camera de admisie. Uleiul de motor arde mult mai violent decat motorina ceea ce duce la stricarea pistoanelor si a injectoarelor, iar motorul daca ramane si functioneaza fara ulei tot ce inseamna rulment si nu numai este compromis.

Se poate pune miez de la turbina garrett si se pastreaza capacele de la cea veche , dar necesita alezare , turbina garrett fiind mai solida (ax mai gros bucse mai bune ) ... eu asa am de la 140k, acum avand 198k fara nici o problema , DAR asa cum au spus si colegii , o turbina stricata indica o posibila problema la motor (partea de ungere mai exact) , trebuie masurata presiunea de ulei pe tur inainte de a monta turbina noua... daca aceasta este prea mica , motorul necesita reparatii (pompa ulei cuzineti ... depinde care e problema )


ca idee eu am reconditionat turbina aici reparatiiturboserv.ro

Ar fi indicat sa-i verifici si compresia. Poate scapi doar cu turbina. Dar vezi ca sunt variante in care se rectifica si turbina. Ai urmarit consumul de ulei? Daca nu s-a mers mult cu ea in stadiul asta poate scapi mai ieftin, adica fara reparatia motorului. Asa ca fapt divers, scoate fum albastru?

Scoate ceva fum albastru dar nu mult, am mers vreo 2.000km de cand am luat-o. acum urma sa fac schimbul de ulei + distribuția dar ... cand m-am afundat prin motor si am vazut ce e acolo m-am cam speriat ohmy.gif . ..

Nu baga bani in distributie, cauta un motor sh bun...cauta pe forum, crede-ma ca s-a vorbit despre asta. Doar 1 user s-a incumetat sa repare un astfel de motor.

Pentru turbina am eu pe cineva.....recomand 100%.
Pentru altceva nu cred ca se baga, omul e specializat doar pe turbine.

Daca esti interesat imi spui si va pun in legatura.

Va salut din nou, vad ca nu a mai raspuns nimeni pe aici... a picat si pompa se pare... stie cineva cam la ce bani e o pompa ? Sau sa o reconditionez e mai bine ? Am gasit turbina cu geometrie variabila de 110 cai... se potriveste ? Nenea de la care o iau zice ca da.... voi stiti ceva ?

Pai poate se potriveste ea in locas, dar daca e cu geometrie variabila paletele alea trebuiesc comandate de ceva , de unde dai tu comanda ?

Dupa aproximativ 6 luni m-a lasat iar turbina,consuma ulei in continuare,egr+teava j pline de ulei.
Caut un service ce repara turbine in Iasi daca stie cineva ,exceptand sermecom,sau un nr.tel. de unde as putea lua un kit chra gata echilibrat.

minim 1.2 bari la ralanti cu motorul cald. Trebuie sa creasca pana la 3.5 bari la turatie ridicata.
