Curea accesorii -de la 6pk la 5pk la 16 V

Poate sa ne lamureasca un coleg detinator de Dialogys daca Renault a inlocuit cureaua de accesorii de tip 6pk cu 5 pk la tipurile de motoare 1.4 si 1.6 16V ?

Dialogys ultima versiune are cineva sa ne lamureasca?

Eu unul am patit anul trecut in vara necazul sa-mi intre bucati din curea la distributie si chiar as vrea sa stiu daca in varianta cu 5 cand ramane un sant liber spre motor esti mai ferit de astfel de bucurii.

Da, sigur, cureaua cu un sant lipsa e mult mai rezistenta. Ai grija la montaj, sa o pui in asa fel incat santul gol sa ramana pe partea cu distributia, in felul asta, chiar daca se rupe, nu mai sare acolo.

In varianta cu 5 nu ramane nici un sant liber, difera fuliile, daca sunt fulii cu 5 canale se pune 5pk, daca e cu 6 canale, 6pk, nu se umbla cu tiganii, daca e cureaua de calitate, intinzatorul bun nu se rup bucati nici dintruna nici din cealalta.

Nu te-ai prins: o curea cu 5 canale pe fulie cu 6 sta mai departe de distributie smile.gif.

Cureaua s-a rupt de la fulia de vibrochen Dayco care a tinut fix 5000 km.Cureaua si distributia facute la reprezentanta la Pitesti.Doar fulia nu a fost pe stoc la ei si a fost din magazin.Nu face nimeni glume aici. Au descarcat cativa ce am atasat eu pdf.Daca a schimbat cineva in reprezentanta recent cureaua de accesorii il rog sa scrie aici ce model are.Stim si noi sa numaram santuri. Cand dai 4000 lei sa repari motorul, te umpli de glume, zic.

Pai de ce nu numeri santurile alea? Evident ca trebuie sa pui curea cu tot atatea canale, ca nu degeaba sunt si cu 5 si cu 6. Ti-am zis mai sus, la 1.6. 16V din 2007 am curea cu 6 canale, Gates.

L.E. - Numai 5.000 km? Si nu ai avut garantie pe lucrare?

De ce insisti? Ti s-a spus ca de la sfarsitul lui 2005, inceputul lui 2006, adica de la intrarea faceliftului 2.2 e curea cu 6, crezi ca nu e adevarat?

Si in plus, in loc sa faci ce trebuie, adica sa schimbi fulia defecta, pui curea cu 5 care oricum se rupe si aia daca nu e fulia buna, dar sa nu ajunga la distributie? Schimba piesele defecte si lasa carpelile.

Pentru mars:am avut garantie pentru piesele din reprezentanta.Pentru fulie am ramas cu garantia in aer.Am pierdut bonul de la magazin.
Evident ca am schimbat si fulia si distributia si 16 supape si planat chiulasa dar nu la reprezentanta caci acolo costa 8500 lei
Nelamurirea mea a plecat de la un cunoscut care a schimbat in cureaua la reprezentanta in Germania si acolo au pus 5k in loc de 6pk cu observatia ca asa a schimbat Renault sa protejeze distributia.De asta am cautat si am gasit cele 2 pdf de mai sus de la Gates si Dayco.
Ma gandeam ca rolul acestui forum este sa ne ajutam, nu sa ne certam.Poate aveti pile la Renault sa intrebati.

Pana atunci, rog un moderator sa inchida/stearga acest topic.

Retrofitting of the V-ribbed belts
on Renault 1.4 /1.6 16 V engines with K4J / K4M
air conditioning
Problem:
The belt is very noisy, wears quickly and
exhibits signs of abrasion. Because of the
sideways oscillation, the tensile member,
including the ribs, might rip out of the belt.
If a timing belt starts slipping as a result, this
can, in turn, lead to serious engine damage.
Cause:
The V-ribbed belt on older vehicles has six
ribs (6 PK 1748). The new belt has only five
ribs (5 PK1750) to set the belt off from the
engines more. According to Renault, this new
belt should generally be installed.
Solution:
The new 5-rib belt is placed only on the outer
grooves of all belt pulleys; the inside groove
remains free on all pulleys. In this connection,
the generator’s overrunning clutch should be
checked to make sure that it is functioning
perfectly and the hydraulic steering pump
checked for axial clearance. (Misalignment!).
Before mounting the belt, remove any
abrasion from the grooved pulley using a wirebrush.

5 and 6 PK Micro-V®XF belts on Renault engines

Renault has different engines where a 5PK belt has to be installed in
pulleys with 6 grooves. This can not always be done in the same way.
Here is an overview of the different situations:
1)On several 1.4 and 1.6 engines (K4J, K4M, K7J, K7M) with air conditioning, originally
equipped with a 6PK belt (OE ref.7700101261 - 6PK1750), Renault has changed to a 5P
K belt (OE ref. 7700111671 - 5PK1747).
2)Also on other engines (F4P, F4R,F5R, K9K) it is quite common to
find a 5PK belt together with 6 PK pulleys. (See also TechnicalBulletin N° 13 for the 1.5 DCi K9K engine).
As these 5PK belts run in the initially installed 6 groove pulleys, it is
important to install the belt in the correct pulley grooves.
Especially since it is known that in some cases the multi-ribbed belt
was destroyed, and parts entered into the timing belt drive, ultimately causing
considerable damages to the engine.
Different possibilities:
1.4 8V, 1.4 16V, 1.6 8V, 1.6 16V:
- withoutairconditioning:
o power steering pump is belt driven: belt has to be on the
inside of the pulleys (Fig 1)
o not included in the belt (power steering pump is electrically driven): belt has to be on the outside of the pulleys
(Fig. 2)
- with airconditioning:
o belt has to be on the outside of the pulleys (Fig. 2)
1.8 16V, 2.0 16V, 2.0 16V iDE:
o belt has to be on the outside of the pulleys (Fig. 2)

Eu am curea cu 5 caneluri, compresorul care probabil s-a montat si pe alte masini are fulie cu 6 caneluri, restul fuliilor sunt cu 5. La fulia compresorului se lasa liber canalul din interior pentru ca numai asa cureaua sta aliniata cu celelalte fulii. In afara de montajul gresit, cureaua se poate taia si din cauza fuliilor uzate, in special cea de la alternator.
Deci poti sa tragi si singur concluzia ca pana in 2006 e curea cu 5 caneluri, la facelift e cu 6, nicidecum ca s-a trecut de la 6 la 5.
Cum ti-au spus si colegii mai sus, daca ai toate fuliile cu 6 caneluri pui curea cu 6, daca nu, pui cu 5. Sau te duci la Renault si dupa VIN iti spun ei ce curea iti trebuie.
Sa pui curea cu 5 cand ai toate fuliile cu 6 ca asa protejezi distributia, este o aberatie.
