Cum să fie mă confort 2? Din câte știu eu, la conf.2 intrii din cameră în cameră, la tine văd că fiecare cameră are intrare din hol.

Nu intrii din "sufragerie" în dormitor, sau chestii de genul ăsta.

cosmin_2300 radmasa.gif ...man, le ai cam incurcat grav.

confort 2 - adica o suprafata mai mica decat suprafata normala la un 2camere in blocuri comuniste. Un confort 1 are minim 48 mp si maxim 62.

compartimentare: intrare prin sufragerie in alta camera inseamna semi-decomandat.

deco-mandat: cum vinde baiatul dupa forum.

Pretul este cam mare..pretul de vanzare o sa fie sub 35 mii euro.
