Numar identificare autovehicul, Detalii pe baza VIN-ului

Buna seara. Am si eu o intrebare legata de aceasta serie VF1KZ5G0646711631, daca imi puteti spune norma de poluare si ce motor este (1500 cm sau 1900 cm).

Salutare. As dori si eu ceva detalii legate de o masina Renault Megane 2:
- Anul/luna de fabricatie;
- Locul fabricatiei;
- Locul primei inmatriculari;
- Detalii despre motor (Siemens? cmc? CP? norma poluare?)
- Cand si la cati km a fost inmatriculata in Romania;
- Km reali?! (~149 000 Km?);
- Taxa de mediu platita?
- Cand a fost schimbata distributia;
- Daca a avut ceva daune/accidente importante;
- Daca se poate si un istoric service.

Cred ca am exagerat putin cu detaliile pe care doream sa le aflu. Am citit ceva intrebari anterioare la care am vazut ca s-au primit raspunsuri, iar eu le-am cumulat intr-un post. Daca nu se poate, asta e. Scuze deranjul.

Buna seara! Revin din nou cu o rugaminte . S-a hotarat varul meu sa achizitioneze un megane 3 2012 grand tour 1,5 90cp si doreste sa stie dupa seria VIN daca sunt km reali. Propietarul zice ca dupa cartea service are 121000km ultima revizie fiind in februarie 2015dar nu stim daca sa avem incredere. Si meganul meu are in bord 131 mii dar real peste 224mii.
Seria VIN VF1KZ1A0546421946.
