problema foarte ciudata, acceleratie

Salut prieteni.
Am o problema ciudata si as vrea sfaturile voastre daca e posibil.
Am o Laguna 2 2002 1.9 dci 107 cp
Am alimentat de la rompetrol acum 2 zile si a inceput masina sa-mi mearga in hopuri
Azi, cand am ajuns la munca a murit in parcare. Pornea, se aprindea "rezistenta" in bord, se ineca si se oprea
Am ajuns acasa, am dar filtrul jos....era ceva apa in el, l-am pus la loc. A pornit destul de greu, dar acum sta turata la 1100 si pedala de acceleratie a devenit decor.
Ce ar putea sa aibe?

Am revenit cu detalii, in speranta ca-mi raspunde si mie cineva.
Cum pun contactul mi se aprinde treaba aia in bord...poza care am atasato si se aude un suruit ca o conducta de apa in poza care am facut-o la motor

piesa incercuita de tine in poza este pompa de motorina ( pompa de inalta presiune).cred ca un test clip te ajuta cel mai mult in momentul de fata .pompa este destul de scumpa dar se poate si reconditiona.
