Cu numai câteva zile în urmă, o știre greu de anticipat a făcut înconjurul lumii. Grupul Renault a reușit să încheie un acord cu rușii de la AvtoVAZ: francezii vor deține o cotă de 25% dintr-un producător care poate scoate pe piață anual aproximativ un milion de mașini.

Da e chiar tare tranzactia.
Oricum evolutia va fi greu de anticipat pentru ca:
1. Va produce si Ford ceva la Craiova. Si cred ca va vinde Volvo si LandRover ca sa iasa din gaura financiara.
2. GM va produce si ceva Chevroleturi prin Europa.
3. Daca mai amintim si de C'eed
4. Daca mai zicem ca Renault cred ca este la fiabilitate sub cele 3 de mai sus,
............

in urma cu un an cei de la renault au vrut sa ia 51% din actiuni si au fost refuzati pe motiv ca rusii nu vor ca cineva din vest sa controleze o companie gigant din rusia.....acum vad ca au vandut 25%, ciudat, insa se pare ca e mai mult o impartire de tehnologie, francezilor convenindu-le afacerea fiindca au acces pe o piata uriasa......si pana la urma banu va face regulile jocului

Evolutia la ce? Ford ia un amarat de miliard de lire pentru Land Rover si Jaguar. Deci vax. Volvo nu se vinde momentan. Bani insignifianti. Ce legatura are ceed? Si fiabilitatea Renault?

Ei na evolutia la ce? La justificari. Ca daca va fi cum banuiesc eu si anume vor creste vânzarile altora nu stiu cum se va JUSTIFICA expansiunea Renault.

Renault-Nissan și Avtovaz se vor uni pentru a forma cel de-al treilea producător de mașini din lume

Constructorul Renault-Nissan va forma împreună cu partenerul rus Avtovaz "cel de-al treilea producător de automobile la nivel mondial", a declarat, joi, președintele grupului franco-nipon, Carlos Ghosn, afirmând că semnarea unui acord se va face săptămânile următoare.

"În ziua în care grupul franco-nipon va semna cu Avtovaz", grupul Renault-Nissan-Avtovaz va deveni "numărul trei la nivel mondial în producția de automobile", a afirmat Ghosn în cadrul unei conferințe de presă din Paris.
Ghosn a estimat că "este posiblă semnarea unui acord în următoarele săptămâni".

Renault va achiziționa 25% din Avtovaz, devenind "singurul partener strategic", a precizat Ghosn, adăugând că Renault se află la ora actuală în faza de analiză aprofundată a registrelor contabile ale companiei ruse.

la sfarsitul lui 2008 Renault va detine 50% din Avtovaz.
in 2007 Dacia a avut o marja operationala de 8%, pe cand grupul Renault doar de 3,3%.
asta ca sa vorbim de achizitiile proaste facute de Renault.
in acest moment Dacia si Nissan se afla printre cele mai profitabile marci din lume alaturi de porche si toyota.

Asta nu inseamna ca fac masini bune.
De Dacia nu comentez, iar de Nissan cred ca e cea mai proasta marca din Japonia.

Crezi ca pe mine ma incalzeste daca Renault face cel mai mare profit ??? Ba din contra, ii injur, ca sunt niste jigodii.

Daca n-ar mai baga atatea plastice prin masina, n-ar mai avea asa profit.

Apropos, am tot Renault. Sunt multumit de el. Numai ca se putea mult mai bine.

Puteau sa faca si niste macarale pt geamuri din metal, nu din plastic, sa se rupa asa usor. Puteau sa faca un bord din piele nu din celofan sau ce dracu material e ala...

La voi masina parca e nevasta. Nimeni sa nu zica ceva rau de ea. biggrin.gif

Dacia 1300 avea bordu mai jmecher decat Meganu si Laguna. La dacie nu mi-a scartait niciodata bordul.

Te urci iarna in masina si dai drumul la caldura, trosnesc plasticele alea mai rau decat lemnele din soba.

tare asta cu nevasta....
Deci se pare ca reno nu-i fraier DELOC....iar bani multi tot cu aia saraci faci =))
nu inteleg de ce mari constructori europeni nu se baga deloc peste zgarciti astia de francezi....un AUDI, un mercedes ceva....le-ar putea strica planurile f usor....au banu....au tehnologiile....banuiesc ca n-au timp sa stea de ei...

Nu e vorba ca n-au timp sa stea de ei. Dar fiecare are segmentul lui de piata.
Vokswagen a incercat sa intre in randul elitei cu Phaeton, si si-au luat o mare teapa.

Lumea are o anumita conceptie despre marcile de masini. Nu poti sa dai 80.000 euro pe ceva pe care scrie VW. Dar daca vezi Audi...dai 80.000. Chiar daca e acelasi rahat, numai ca are 4 inele.

Pai daca renault n-ar baga atata plastic nu crezi ca si pretul masinii ar creste? ai da pe un renault cat pe un audi ? vorba ta, si-ar lua si ei teapa precum vw.
si apropo de plastic si borduri, de bordurile de bmw seriile x ce zici ? le-ai vazut, adica mai bine zis le-ai auzit? si alea masini de pe la 40k in sus .

Doar cu astea doua marci ai mers pana acum? Mergi si tu in showroomurile altor marci. Vezi ca e gratis. Privitul nu costa. O sa te luminezi.

Din clasa Lagunei si a lui 407, sunt singurele cu polipropilena.
Nici mondeo(pare-mi-se ca asta nou are), nici passat, nici vectra, nici C-klasse, nici 3er, nici A4, nici Avensis, nici Accord.
Doar n-o sa ma apuc sa compar bordul de la Laguna cu ala de la Fiat Albea.

Pentru clasa lu Megan e oarecum acceptabil un asemenea bord. Nici Opel Astra nu e departe, nici Focus...

Daca stii ca e gratis privitul prin showroomuri, da-mi un exemplu de masina din clasa lui Peugeot 407, care are bordul din polipropilena.

AvtoVAZ--Renault-Nissan opt for broader partnership

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has urged the Renault-Nissan automobile alliance to expand its stake in AvtoVAZ, Russia’s biggest carmaker. Renault-Nissan currently owns a 25%-plus-one-share stake in AvtoVAZ and so do other shareholders – the Rostechnologii state corporation and the Troika Dialog investment company. Analysts say Renault-Nissan may, in prospect, increase its stake in AvtoVAZ to a controlling interest of 50% plus one share.

AvtoVAZ is doing pretty well this year thanks to the on-going cash-for-clunkers program the government launched in January, and also due to the skilled co-management of Renault-Nissan representatives. Meeting with Renault-Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn on Tuesday, Premier Putin said:

As you know, the government has invested a handsome sum - 75 billion rubles - in AvtoVAZ. We continue the cash-for-clunkers program and AvtoVAZ is the one to gain from it. Last year the company’s capitalization amounted to around $670 million, and this year it has hit $1.7 billion. With your support and your direct involvement, the company now has a development program for a period until 2020. We appreciate this and would welcome a potential expansion of your stake.

Carlos Ghosn said that the offer made sense and added that Renault was the first foreign company to acquire a stake in AvtoVAZ, followed by Renault-Nissan. Earlier, the latter announced it was considering buying part of Troika-Dialog’s stake in AvtoVAZ. And on Tuesday, Sergei Chemezov, head of the state-owned Rostechnologii corporation, another of AvtoVAZ’ majority shareholders, hinted that Rostechnologii could cede its stake to Renault-Nissan.

Meanwhile, AvtoVAZ faces strong competition from foreign carmakers that have brought production to Russia and are building it up. With several assembly plants close to their full annual capacity, things are looking pretty hot for AvtoVAZ. And yet, it does have a winning chance. Iosif Diskin of the National Strategy Center gives his view:

If AvtoVAZ does not lose momentum and focuses on car models meeting the price-quality criteria, or in other words, offers acceptable quality at affordable prices, then it will fill its niche that will enable it to hold out.

Carlos Ghosn remarked that demand for Kalina cars had soared dramatically after Prime Minister Vladimir Putin raced a Kalina through the Far East. People are now queuing up to buy Kalinas.





Putin offers Renault-Nissan control of AvtoVAZ: report

AFP - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on Tuesday offered auto alliance Renault-Nissan a chance to buy a controlling stake in Russian carmaker AvtoVAZ, Renault CEO Carlos Ghosn said, the RIA-Novosti news agency reported.

"The prime minister said he is not against increasing Renault-Nissan's stake in AvtoVAZ, and it could be increased up to 50 percent," Ghosn was quoted as saying after a meeting with Putin in comments translated into Russian.

The auto alliance currently controls 25 percent plus one share in the Russian carmaker. Stakes of the same size are held by Russian investment group Troika Dialog and the state corporation Russian Technologies.

Ghosn did not elaborate on the offer. However Troika Dialog managing director Sergei Skvortsov told journalists that Renault-Nissan could increase its stake up to 50 percent plus one share.

"Today one can say in complete certainty that the crisis in auto production in Russia is in the past," Ghosn said, adding that the stake increase is "logical" for Renault-Nissan.

The two met in the White House and Putin praised the alliance's participation in AvtoVAZ, Russia's largest carmaker that received unprecedented state support during the crisis.

"On AvtoVAZ things are going better. This is thanks to our mutual efforts," Putin said at the meeting.

Ghosn thanked Putin for "tireless support of the Russian auto industry and AvtoVAZ in particular," adding that the plant can hardly produce enough Lada Kalinas after Putin used the model in his drive across Russia.

"I was told that after your drive on the Kalina, demand for this car grew so much that people have to wait in line for its purchase," Ghosn told Putin. "And (AvtoVAZ CEO Igor) Komarov says he cannot handle demand for this car."

Putin famously used a yellow Lada Kalina for a 2000-kilometre drive through Siberia this summer, with two reserve Kalinas in tow of his large motorcade shown in amateur videos and mocked by bloggers.

Ghosn said last week in an interview with Russia Today television channel that Renault-Nissan was in talks with Troika Dialog regarding an eventual purchase of the investment bank's stake in AvtoVAZ.

Renault first acquired 25 percent plus one share in AvtoVAZ in February 2008 for one billion dollars, shortly before the maker of the famous Lada model was hit by the economic crisis and accrued a colossal debt.

Foarte bine. Rusii au inteles ca trebuie industrie auto in Rusia. Nu se poate trai din turism- vezi grecia.

DECAT sa cumpere alte marci- mai bine cumpara marca lor nationala. Francezii vin cu tehnologie, cu know-how, iar rusii cu workforce, cu ingineri... E cea mai buna veste pe luna asta.

Putin nu e prost. Trebuie ca dusterul sa fie comercializat sub marca ruseasca - nu renault sau dacia. Pt. a castiga clientii rusi- cu zecile de milioane!

Se poate repeta succesul dacia pe o piata imensa+kazastan+ukraina,....
