DDT2000 - Key Card Read / Learn, Key Card can the DDT200 do the

I've got the DDT2000 v2.0.9. and Derelek CAN interface.
Can it be used to get an additional Key Card, to learn the Card in ?
Assuming that a new virgin Card is being used for that, with a blank PCF79xx chip in it.
Has anybody manage to do it on a Clio III (2006- 2009), with keyless entry option ?
