Si jantele de aluminiu oxideaza.Le-am avut vopsite si la o fisura a intrat apa pe sub ea..si s-a facut ca un praf alb sa zic asa,s-a cojit din ce in ce mai mult si aratau foarte urat.
In plus zincul dat in camp electrostati devine un fel de smaltz (tz folosit intentionat).

Firma unde le voi vopsi zincheaza in camp electrostatic stalpi de iluminat ( au componente din aluminiu) care sunt pusi pe falezele litoralului nostru pentru a le proteja de sare.
Daca stau sa ma gandesc cu ce se da iarna pe sosea cred ca tot sare e

Nu faceam referire la cineva anume, vorbeam la general.

Si vroiam sa spun ca e bine sa te uiti din cand in cand si la cate un "tuningar" de-asta, ca poate iti vin ceva idei si poate primesti si niste sfaturi utile, numai ca sunt cate unii pe aici care, dupa cum pare, nu prea au ce face cu timpul liber si se leaga aiurea de userii noi...

Cu jantele, asteptati si voi sa zica omul ca sunt gata, ca e multumit, sa puna poze si abia dupa aia intrebati-l ce si cum. Deocamdata Matheo sta destul de prost la capitolul timp liber.

Salut Cristi

Dsign a zis bine..cam rau stau cu timpul,azi cu greu am ajuns sa achizitionez piesele pentru "tuning":

In weekend voi "tuna" motorul cu :
pompa apa Hepu
rola intinzatoare SNR sau KOYO
ulei Motul Sinergie+ 10W40
filtru ulei Mahle
curea distributie Gates

O sa ma ocup personal de sachimbatul pieselor caci in mecanici nu prea mai am incredere.

Am facut un mic test de vopsea pentru jante si sincer nu ma asteptam sa iasa asa bine culoarea smile.gif (bulele care se vad sunt din cauza ca nu au stat destul timp la cuptor).

Daca tot este timp..am mai mesterit una bucata set cabluri de pornire cu fir de fi 8mm si lungime 4 metri ( pentru ajutat colegi si alte persoane care au nevoie,ca bateriile sunt noi..si la brabus si la camion).
Si sa nu uitam ..Jantele (mai au mici imperfectiuni care-mi dau batai de cap din prisma pretentiilor care le am ).

@lau ..nici eu nu sunt deacord cu multe in materie de auto..dar apreciez si eu la randul meu eforturile si nu in ultimul rand..pasiunea smile.gif
Stopurile au fost facute foarte departe de aici (Baia mare),iar la marginile rosii le-am gasit demult solutia sa nu se vada icon_mrgreen.gif

Salut.
Procedeul tehnologic este foarte simplu smile.gif
-sablate "blana".
-zincate in camp electrostatic.
-vopsite in camp electrostatic (culoarea finala).

Intre timp mi-au ajuns si stopurile de la Baia Mare..urmeaza Faza 2.
Si cateva poze.

Ultima este diploma primita cu ocazia petrecerii de sfarsit de an . biggrin.gif

eu astept cu interes sa vad ce faci cu stopurile. te felicit de pe acum cu ideea. f bine ca vrei sa le faci altfel. alea aftermarket sunt deja fumate. erau interesante la inceput, dar acum toti taximetristii le au.
ce mai astepti de la baia mare? caci vad ca le ai. cool.gif
PS: si eu am un set dezmembrat de stopuri biggrin.gif tot in lucru pt ceva custom. dar au o forma exterioara foarte dificila, si imi totr scormom mintea pt procese tehnologice de realizare
