Hotel 2*, Eforie Nord, P+3, iesire la 3 strazi, 50m de mare, 60 camere duble mobilate si utilate (grup sanitar, televizor si frigider), centrala termica pe gaz pt apa calda (proiectata sa faca fata si pt incalzire), spalatorie utilata, amprenta la sol-500mp, suprafata totala teren-2000mp.


Pret:
* cu firma: 1.900.000 Euro;
* fara firma: 3.000.000 Euro.

Centrala este alimentata de la o butelie de propan de 5000 l. Centrala e cu arzator atmosferic.

Zona: Debarcader.
