De ce nu?

Avem unu programat in 2029, da' cica ar avea doar 600m, nu 500 km. Ar face un poc mult mai mic, dar o zona mare din jurul locatiei unde a avut loc impactul tot o sa fie varza calita.

Impacturi d-alea cu obiecte ceresti in diametru de 500km vedeai la formarea sistemului solar si in perioada de linistire aprox 1 mld de ani. De 4 mld ani nu prea avem asa ceva.

stii tu ? ai cautat in tot universu ? si nu mai e nimic cu diametru >=500 km si sa fie = meteorit ? cometa ? ?

Trebuie sa subliniez cuvantul "prea" din afirmatia mea anterioara.

Ceea ce am punctat eu e ca in perioada initiala de formare a sistemului solar prezenta acestor obiecte cosmise de raza mare era mult mai mare decat acum, dupa mld de ani cand s-a stabilizat sistemul solar.

Ah.. Exista asteroizi (si foarte multi) de raza si masa suficienta pentru a rade complet rasa umana de pe planeta, dar pentru aducerea mantalei la suprafata ce vedem in filmulet ai nevoie de un corp cosmic cu masa f. mare (dintr-un astfel de impact s-a nascut si luna noastra)...

Ganditi-va ca daca ar fi astfel de impacte o data la 1 mld de ani sa zicem in mod clar viata nu ar fi ajung in punctul asta de dezvoltare.

da... poti spune ca de mult timp nu s-a intamplat asa ceva pentru a se putea ajunge la stadiul care e acum.Cu 1 mld de ani .. cred ca exagerezi.Dar se pot intampla oricand.
