daca ii cadea cumva undeva intre genunchi si calcai nu avea nimic, inaltimea discurilor facea astfel incat sa nu il atinga bara...dar nu avea cum sa stie unde ii da drumul, daca ii cadea pe calcaie o punea de un scaun cu rotile

Greutatea o arunci atunci cand simti ca te dezechilibrezi. Ce a facut el a fost o idiotenie. Putea sa-i cada pe gat si atunci , un picior rupt ar fi fost ultima lui grija. In general geno se face cu un asistent, tocmai datorita complexitatii exercitiului. Si se vedea ca era un guster si ca greutatea era cam mare pentru el. Daca te dezechilibrezi , greutatea o arunci in spate, dandu-ti ocazia ca tu sa cazi in fata. El a preferat sa tina greutatea , si putea ca, in momentul in care a cazut in genunchi, sa-i dea drumul fara probleme, distanta dintre jumatatea discului si sol, fiind in general mai mare decat grosimea picioarelor, mai ales la asta, care avea niste macaroane.

d'aia exercitiile serioase se fac la sala, unde sunt destui care te-ar putea ajuta in caz ca ai probleme. sau macar cu un asistent.

despre aruncatul pe spate, din pozitia aia e destul de greu. mainile sunt deja trase mult in spate si ai senzatia ca daca lasi haltera sa cada, o sa-ti rupa incheietura.

si da, aia sunt japonezi, deci presupunerea cu haltera peste ma-sa in bucatarie daca-i dadea drumu' e cat se poate de reala!
