South Minneapolis - 35W and 38th Street.
It's the confluence of like 3 or 4 major storm sewer lines. Just a really horrible design decision.
I guess it used to be as predictable as old faithful, and neighbors used to gather on the bridge to watch it during storms.
They bolted the cover down now, but I guess it still breaks the bolts every now and again.

mi se pare a fi un canal de scurgere care refuleaza din cauza ca nu face fata la apa de ploaie cum de altfel se intimplat si pe la noi la ploi torentiale dar avind debit si diferenta de nivel mare

Pai ce vroiai, sa opreasca in mijlocul autostrazii? Parca asa s-a intamplat anul trecut accidentul ala monstruos de pe A2, ala cauzat de fumul de la incendiile de miriste.
