Vand apartament 2 camere, eliberabil imediat, confort 1, semidecomandat, suprafata 58 mp, stradal, balcon 12mp, etaj 2/8, Mihai Bravu – Piata Iancului, interfon si repartitoare, fara alte imbunatatiri. Scara blocului este renovata si monitorizata video. Are cadastru si intabulare.

Diferenta dintre decomandat si semidecomandat consta in faptul ca la semidecomandat treci printr-o alta camera sa ajungi in celelalte. Confortul din cate stiu se refera la suprafata. In acte scrie semidecomandat confort 1. Nu le am momentan in fata, dar cand ajung acasa ma uit.

Singurul inconvenient ar fi serviciul. Dupa ora 17:30 suntem liberi. Sambata si duminica nu sunt probleme.

Poate ca m-am grabit cand am zis ca se poate inchide. Anuntul este in continuare valabil. Cei care vroiau sa il cumpere o dau la intors ca nu au bani si daca putem sa ii mai lasam doua saptamani sau sa dea jumatate acum si restul in rate. Initial au spus ca au banii cash si au cerut doua saptamani pentru a elibera apartamentul in care stau acum.

In legatura cu anuntul, mentionez ca apartamentul nu mai este mobilat, putand fi eliberabil imediat.
