nu am gasit topicul cu parcari, dar cred ca intra ok si aici.

in sensul ca poate acesta e modul pentru a scapa de prietenii vecinilor care ne blocheaza masinile in parcare smile.gif

Pai nu. Cat timp e T-ul ala acolo, se cheama ca radarul e in modul de autotestare, se calibreaza adica, ori in acest mod inregistrarile nu sunt concludente. Concluzia e ca putea foarte bine sa fie o alta viteza.
Producatorul aparatului radar garanteaza corectitudinea masuratorilor doar dupa ce s-a facut autotestarea, in rest e la fel de precis ca o masuratoare din ochi.

Eu ma refeream strict la viteza respectiva, indiferent cum a fost ea masurata. Tu n-ai zis ca o sa rada judecatorul cand o sa vada poza cu Tul pe ea, ci cand o sa vada pentru ce viteza a fost amendat vatmanul, corect?

Judecatorul e obisnuit cu viteze mai mari. In ritmul asta vom vedea contestatii pentru 8 km/h in zone cu restrictie de 5.

O viteza de 8kmph nu poate fi sanctionata intr-o zona cu restrictie de 5kmph.

Dar o viteza de 15kmph intr-o zona de 5kmph nu vad de ce nu ar fi sanctionata.

pa nejte stradute linistite de la mine din satuc, un prostan vorbea la mobil. langa el un bemve ursulet decapotabil, cu neste roti late cat juma de masina. numere de germania. dupa ce-a terminat prostanu da vb la mobila, sa urca-n majina, accelereaza tare, rotile scartaie si da cu spatele de-a latu' strazii, in ideea sa intoarca bolidu'. numa ca o dat prea tare si-o intrat in gardu' unui crestin nevinovat. i-o stricat gardu aluia, el si-o bulit un stop pa spate si s-a facut de tot rahatu' fata de cei 3 cetateni care erau in zona.
excesu' da jmecherism = faza de toata jena.
