Sunt curios cite turbine au cazut la motoarele DCI.
Nu are nimeni acces la baza de date (ma refer la depozitul central de piese)sa vedem cite turbine au fost cerute pentru schimbare ?
Sunt sceptic in privinta deteriorarii unei turbine indiferent de felul in care o exploatezi avind in vedere ca se foloseste un ulei performant si schimbarea filtrelor la timp (aer si ulei).

normal acele jocuri ale axului va disparea in momentu porniri motorului, deoarece uleiu intra cu o anumita presiune in corpu turbinei astfel echilibrind axu, gresala ce am facuto eu in trecut a fost sa ma iau si eu dupa spusele lu unu si a lu altu ca turbina ar avea joc in ax si am desfacuto ca sa ii schimb bucsele din interior,inlocuindule la un scurt interval de timp acel joc al axului iar a aparut, conteaza sa nu scape uleiul din corpul turbinei pe partea de evacuare sau de admisie

Nu stiu daca a scris cineva, insa la motoarele cu 6 viteze 1850-1900-2000 e ok, nu e subturat.

Sunt mai scurte treptele smile.gif
De ex. la 1900 rpm in vit 3 consumul e mai mic decat la 2500, asa cum e normal la 5 viteze...

Asa si? Ce legatura are numarul treptelor cu notiunea de subturat? Eu din mesajul tau de mai sus, la care am raspuns prima oara, am inteles ca la alea cu 6 trepte la 1800 rpm nu esti subturat, insa la alea cu 5 trepte esti. Si nu vad explicatia acestei afirmatii ... Pentru ca aia cu treptele mai scurte nu e buna ....

EU nu te inteleg...???
La cele cu 5 trepte se recomanda mersul cu 2500-3000 rpm pentru a nu afecta performantele motor/turbina.
La 6 trepte e ok la 2000. Ce nu intelegi?
Alte detalii tehnice nu stiu sa iti dau, daca nu am explicat bine, intreaba pe altcineva, insa asa e!

N-are legatura nr treptelor de viteze cu turatia de subturare. Singurul aspect este ca subturarea e bine de evitat mai ales in treptele de viteza superioare (3-4-5-6). In vitezele 1 si 2 uneori chiar nu poti sa eviti subturarea (trafic aglomerat). E diferenta f mica la treptele 3-4-5 intre o cutie cu 5 rapoarte si una cu 6, deci nu se poate vorbi de un stil diferit de condus.

Nu prea as spune ca e o diferenta asa mica intre treptele 3,4,5 la cele doua cutii de viteza, si asta deoarece rapartele sunt diferite, spre exemplu: nu o sa ai aceeasi viteza in treapta a 5 la 4000 ture la ambele cutii, deci si cuplu forta e altul. Cred ca asta vroia sa spuna Rion.

Nu reusesc sa tin motorul la 2500-3000, merg permanent cu treptele 1si 2 si turatia sta pe la 1500-1900 constant.Sa ma astept sa-mi cada turbina?

eu am 150k la bord , am tinut masina de noua in garaj cald iarna , am ingrijut-o poate exagerat de mult , tin mult la ea.
ce sa zic , eu am luat credit bancar si am platit cu banii jos masina , mi-am bagat xxxxx in serviceul lor si tot ce tine de ei si am facut tot dupa capul meu si manualu masinii .

Asa ca am schimbat ulei la 1000 km , apoi la 5000 , apoi la 10000 si de atunci la fiecare 8000 eu schimb ulei + filtre , pun 5w40 mobil sintetic .

Legat de turbina , nu am avut in veci probleme cu ea .
Ca stil de mers , iarna incalzesc 5 min , vara vreo 2 . Pana nu are temperatura de regim nu sar de 1500 rpm apoi merg normal .
Normal adica treapta 1 pana la 2800 - 3000 , si 2 si pana la 2800 - 3000 si tot asa . Rareori am dat peste 3000 ture si doar in depasiri pt scurt timp .

Sincer nu stiu ce tot povestiti voi de turbine , eu inafara de consumabile nu am facut nimic la masina asta da recunosc ca si ingrijesc cat pot de mult .

ps: este o turatie la care motoru toarce la drum intins ... la mine e pe la 2500 rpm , eu acolo merg cu ea ca acolo se pare ca-i place .

desi nu mai vorbim de dacii vechi, pot intelege schimbarea de ulei la 1000 Km...hai si pe aia la 5000 (deci doar 4000 diferenta). Dar pe urma de ce le schimbi la 8000 ? ohmy.gif ohmy.gif ohmy.gif
Mie mi se pare exagerat chiar si intervalul impus de reno, cel cu 10.000
Cel de 15.000 cum e la alte masini (sau chiar si la reno dar in strainatate) mi se pare ca se incadreaza mai bine in normalitate (chiar si 20.000 ar fi ok).

white8snow nu e bine sa stai prea mult cu masina pe loc cand motorul este rece.Iti omoara catalizatoru,recomandat este sa mergi cu ea fara accelerari bruste.Eu personal iarna asta stateam 1-2 min si apoi mergeam incet ,ca oricum la -12 grade ajungeam si la destinatie ,ma si intorceam si motorul tot nu se incalzea.

Am si eu o intrebare: ce presupune ca o turbina sa fie cu geometrie variabila? Am citit cam tot ce s-a scris pe acest Forum, dar nu am gasit nimic dpdv constructiv referitor la acest tip. Am inteles ca este mai pretentioasa la exploatare si mai putin fiabila decat turbina cu geometrie fixa. Cred ca termenul "variabil" presupune variatia debitului de aer prin modificarea pozitiei paletelor. E corect?

Am auzit pe la VW ca turbina trebuie schimbata pe la 100-150 000 km, chiar daca nu se merge subturat, etc. Voi ce stiti?!
