Traiasca documentata presa romana!

Nubira III nu este altceva decat Chevrolet lacetti in 4 usi, a fost redenumit ca politica de marketing, masina fiind aceeasi. Chevrolet Lacetii in 5 usi difera substantial fata de versiunile in 3 volume si brezk (are alta caroserie) .

Da, este aceeasi masina. Difera la exterior, dar chiar e aceeasi masina. Politica Daewoo/Chevrolet pe linia Lacetti/Nubira este un pic ciudata.

5.000 DE AUTOTURISME VOR FI REPARTIZATE POLIƱIEI ROMÂNE


Deficitul de peste 10.000 autovehicule, ünregistrat de unităƣile de poliƣie pñnă ün prezent, grevează ündeplinirea cerinƣelor Normelor europene, referitoare la necesitatea asigurării siguranƣei cetăƣeanului, a ordinii Ɵi liniƟtii publice, constituind un important factor de risc, ce poate conduce la neündeplinirea integrală a angajamentelor asumate prin Programul de Măsuri Prioritare pentru aderarea Romñniei la Uniunea Europeană Ɵi activarea clauzei de salvgardare.

Drept urmare, pentru realizarea obiectivelor de modernizare a dotării cu mijloace tehnice, la solicitarea Ministerului Administraƣiei Ɵi Internelor, Guvernul Romñniei a aprobat, prin H.G.R. nr. 1322 din 27.10.2005, publicată ün Monitorul Oficial al Romñniei nr. 1003 din 11.11.2005, partea I, achiziƣionarea de către M.A.I. a 6.000 mijloace de transport din categoria autoturismelor. Această achiziƣie se va realiza fără restricƣii referitoare la ƣara de origine a fabricantului, iar valoarea totală, de 267 milioane RON, se va achita prin intermediul unei finanƣări de tip leasing financiar, pe o perioadă de 4 ani bugetari, respectiv 2005-2008.

Din achiziƣia totală, 5.000 autospeciale sunt destinate Poliƣiei Romñne, acestea fiind dotate cu mijloace corespunzătoare domeniului de activitate Ɵi echipate conform cerinƣelor muncii operative, cu dispozitive de avertizare optică Ɵi acustică, staƣii de comunicaƣii radio fixe Ɵi mobile, baterie suplimentară etc., inscripƣionate cu ünsemnele specifice.

1.000 de autoturisme vor fi destinate celorlalte structuri ale ministerului.

De asemenea, s-a prevăzut ca, pe toată durata leasing-ului, autovehiculele să beneficieze de garanƣie extinsă de 3 ani sau 100.000 km, revizii tehnice gratuite integral (materiale Ɵi manoperă), asigurare RCA Ɵi CASCO, taxa de utilizare a reƣelei naƣionale de drumuri achitată etc., toate fiind incluse ün preƣul contractului.

Precizăm că această achiziƣie reprezintă cea mai importantă acƣiune de dotare cu autovehicule a Ministerului Administraƣiei Ɵi Internelor, fiind o continuare a procesului demarat ün 2004 Ɵi care este, de altfel, practicat de multe Poliƣii europene.

Dată fiind dotarea cu mult sub necesar a Poliƣiei de Ordine Publică, care are un grad de ünzestrare cu mijloace de transport de doar 23,2 %, cele mai multe din cele 5.000 autovehicule vor fi repartizate formaƣiunilor care acƣionează ün mediul rural, la birourile Ɵi posturile comunale de poliƣie.

În ceea ce priveƟte procedura de achiziƣie, s-a optat pentru organizarea Ɵi desfăƟurarea, ün regim de urgenƣă, a unei licitaƣii publice deschise, sens ün care s-a făcut publicitatea necesară.

Astfel, anunƣul de intenƣie a fost publicat ün Monitorul Oficial al Romñniei nr. 92 din 10.05.2005, precum Ɵi pe site-ul de INTERNET al Poliƣiei Romñne, iar anunƣul de participare a fost transmis spre publicare la Monitorul Oficial al Romñniei vineri, 11.11.2005, urmñnd ca, după apariƣie, să fie publicat pe INTERNET.

Am si eu o experienta nasoala cu BRD ... credit auto.Dupa ce am semnat contractul,in aceeasi luna,au marit dobinda fara sa ne instiinteze.Noi am platit normal conform desfasuratorului.Inainte de a plati a doua rata ne-a sunat o"tanti" de la BRD ca avem niste restante la ei si avem de platit 5 Euro.Ne-am dus frumos la ghiseu,operatoarea s-a uitat in calculator si a zis ca nu avem restante.Am platit rata curenta + 5 Euro.Luna urmatoare (a treia rata) ne suna din nou ca avem restante la ei 5 Euro.De data asta ne-am dus la tipa de la credite care foarte frumos ne-a explicat cum ca s-a majorat dobinda la creditul nostru din prima luna,ca desfasuratorul pe care ni l-a dat nu mai e valabil.Aveam de fapt de platit in plus cca 1 Euro (in loc de 115 trebuia 116).Cum noi am platit 115 am ramas restanti cu un Euro.S-a aplicat o penalitate de 5 Euro.Luna urmatoare am platit tot 115 Euro in loc de 116 si am ramas restanti cu 6 Euro+5 Euro penalizare .... in final a trebuit sa platim penalitati de 15 Euro "din vina noastra".(noi trebuia sa ne interesam daca s-a marit dobinda nu sa ne instiinteze ei).
V-am relatat cele patite de mine pentru ca s-ar putea sa mai fie colegi de forum si "suferinta" in situatie asemanatoare.

PS:la BRD nu voi mai avea niciodata credite dar nici depozite ... pe mine m-au pierdut ca si client pe veci.

Renault targets China with Megane car-report - RTRS

PARIS, Nov 23 (Reuters) - French car maker Renault RENA.PA aims to enter the Chinese market with its best-selling Megane compact-sized car, and not with the no-frills Logan, President and Chief Executive Charles Ghosn told an internal meeting according to the Capital monthly magazine on Wednesday.

A spokesman for Renault confirmed the speech was made, a few months ago, but declined to comment on what the company considered internal discussions. Ghosn, also the head of Renault's Japanese alliance partner Nissan 7201.T , is due to unveil a new three-year strategy for Renault on Feb. 9.

Renault last week shocked the markets with a downward revision of its 2005 operating profit target, to more than 3 percent, in the face of sluggish markets. The group had maintained its target of over 4 percent less than a month earlier with third-quarter results, hoping the launch of the Clio III compact car would help it remain on track.

According to the transcript of the speech to be published by the magazine on Thursday Ghosn maintained a company target of making 4 million cars per year by 2010 and eventually aims to enter the market in the United States.

Korea's car group Renault Samsung Motors, in which Renault has a 70 percent stake and Samsung Group SAGR.UL and creditors the other 30 percent, needs to become "the Asian base for Renault," he was quoted as saying.

Ghosn said in the speech that at the moment 60 percent of the company's profits depended on France, which makes up just 3.5 percent of the world market. And in France it depended on the Megane model, which is ageing, and its Scenic.

FIAT SYNDROME

"That is too vulnerable. We need to multiply products, countries, markets that can be sources of profit. If not we end up with a Fiat FIA.MI syndrome, overdependent on one segment, one country. That is a time-bomb," he was quoted as saying.

"We will go into China. The only question is when. We do not want to go there with Logan (the sucessful no-frills car made by Romanian unit Dacia) but with Megane, because of branding considerations. Even though at the moment the purchasing power of the Chinese is not very high, they are very demanding about quality and appearance," he said.

Ghosn said the company was in negotiations with the Chinese authorities about where to base a factory -- with the Chinese wanting a site in a region with unemployment and Renault wanting to remain near big population centres.

Samsung needed to become a beachhead in Asia, he said.

"We need to make Renault-Samsung products capable of maintaining our position in Korea and export Renault products in Asia," he was quoted as saying.

About the United States market, Ghosn said this could only be addressed with a solid product line-up.

"We will attack the American market with all our resources, with a totally dedicated range of products, knowing full well that when we don't do it well we risk losing all," he said.

"It's a high-risk, high-reward situation -- if you do it well you can gain a lot. But before we can do anything at all in the United States we have to suceed in Brazil, we need to succeed in Korea, we need to succeed in China and we need to make a success of our presence in the East," Ghosn said.

He added the launch of the Twingo small car had been delayed, until 2007, to review the project in the light of new developments which reduced the expected sales volume.
