Renault Espace - norma poluare, va rog sa ma ajutati cu detalii

am cumparat un renault espace, fabricat in 07/1991 - franta, dotari abs, geamuri electrice fata, proiectoare ceata, inchidere centralizata pe cheie.
in certificatul de inmatriculare francez nu scire detalii despre motor, capacitate, putere etc, am sa atashez o copie. pe placuta de pe motor sant urmatoarele specificatii : J7T V 772, si dedesupt F304540. Imi poate spune cineva ce norma de poluare e si cat ar costa taxa de prima inmatriculare?
va multumesc anticipat
