TomTom PROBLEM, cant turn off tomtom

Salutare. Am intrat intr-o problema cu navigatia. Am schimbat sd cardul si am bagat tomtom player (pentru a putea vedea clipuri). Problema este ca s-a blocat intr-un clip si mi-a ramas o imagine din clip pe ecran (nu am sunet) ... iar acum nu pot sa mai sting navigatia .... ramane tot timpul aprinsa cu acea imagine. E pur si simplu blocata ... Va rog sa ma ajutati !

din cate am vazut la altii, se scoate borna de la baterie si isi revine.

Subscriu. Ia o cheie de 10 si desfa piulita ce tine clamele bateriei la borna de minus. Las-o asa cateva minute si apoi monteaza clamele la loc.
