Salut,

In reconditionare intra si sudarea diverselor probleme(de exemplu o crapatura de vreo 2 cm in una din jante)? Daca indrept jantele dupa powdercoating e posibil sa sara vopseaua? Coacerea in cuptor a jantelor de aliaj afecteaza structura si rezistenta lor?

Salut, daca e nevoie de sudura in mediu protejat, putem face si asta, inclusiv rectificarea pe strung.

Temperatura de coacere nu este nici pe departe riscanta pentru integritatea materialului, si majoritatea jantelor scumpe (O.Z. , Speedline, Manhart, etc) sunt vopsite electrostatic de fabrica.

Garantia vopselei este de 12 luni.

salut, din pacate electrostatic nu se poate face, dar se gaseste vopsea pentur pistol la culoare sau eventual poti face un spray la culoare in targ la vitan.

Suntem bucurosi sa anuntam ca de acum putem oferi niste culori speciale, cu un proces de aplicare deosebit si cu un impact fantastic.

Culorile transparente din noua gama de la partenerii nostrii din state !

Acest tip de ppudra se aplica peste un strat prealabil de crom, avand o stralucire si profunzime deosebite !

Buna ziua. Cat ma costa de vopsit electrostatic, aceste 2 capace care sunt din aluminiu. Capacul de sus are niste defecte de fabricatie, evidente in colturi (probabil mare parte din ele vor iesi la o eventuala sablare). Culoarea ma intereseaza sa fie alb lucios (nu stralucitor cu perle sau alte chestii de genu), a.i., atunci cand trec cu mana pe capac sa fie foarte fin. Atasez cateva poze cu obiectul. Multumesc anticipat

Lamborghini Murcielago - Powdercoating si Hidrotransfer Carbon (8 photos)



Nou: Oferim hidrotransfer carbon pentru jante, totul fiind facut electrostatic cu garatie 12 luni !

Preturile incep de la 1800 lei / set.

Jantele prezentate au fost mai intai desfacute iar cele doua doua bucati sablate individual.

S-a procedat apoi la izolarea suprafetelor de contact intre cele doua piese pentru a evita o asezare anormala la reasamblare.

Buza a fost vopsita electrostatic carbon perlat + lac, iar miezul negru lucios.

Peste miez a fost aplicat un film hidrotransfer carbon iar apoi un lac electrostatic pentru durabilitate maxima.

Jantele au fost apoi reasamblate, suruburile fiind stranse la cuplul recomandat de producator.

Salut, ma intereseaza sablare si vopsitorie pentru un cadru de bicicleta tandem din otel, daca ai si vreo culoare mai interesanta ar fi de ajutor!? Astept te rog un pret cu tot cu manopera, multumesc.

250 lei pentru cadru tandem, sablat + powdercoating. trebuie adus dezasamblat de elemente.

salut, 300 lei / set 4 etrieri + port etrieri (sablat + powdercoating).

se pot monta, demonta de pe masina la noi in service cu tot ce implica aceasta operatiune: compeltat lichid, aerisit, eventual schimb placute sau discuri penutr inca 250 lei.
