intretinere curenta, scenic 1.9 dci

Salutare la toti!
Sunt nou inscris aici, desi citesc forumul de ceva timp. De curand am luat un Scenic 2, 1.9 dCI din 2004 si, cum sunt nou si la motoarele diesel, as cere sfatul de la cunoscatori in legatura cu o motorina de calitate. Care statie o are mai nebotezata (desi am inteles ca mai mult benzina sufera acest tratament) si cum se intretine un astfel de autoturism pe timpul iernii? Are antigel schimbat acum 2 saptamani, mai trebuie schimbat acusi uleiul. In rest, ajutati un incepator care ar vrea sa tina la masina lui, please.
