Nu este abordare, este vandalism, iar vandalismul este mai grav decat o parcare neregulamentara.
Am si eu stickere cu "ai parcat ca un bou" si pana acum nu m-am indurat sa lipesc vreunul, desi masini care "ar merita" am tot intalnit.
Practic, noi cetatenii nu avem niciun mecanism de sanctiune. Din pacate prea putini dintre noi anunta politia pentru parcari aiurea.
Ma asigur ca fac partea mea, parchez doar in locuri amenajate, iar daca stiu ca nu am unde sa las masina unde am treaba, o las acasa.

Nu cred ca se incadreaza la vandalism lipirea unui afis pe parbrizul masinii (nu e nici distrugere nici deteriorare). Sunt convins ca ar fi destui barosani care ar chema politia sa-i salte pe vandali, daca ar exista baza legala happy.gif
