Cat tine un reno cipuit ?, -date concrete-

Sunt putini oamenii care revin cu impresii dupa modificarea softului si aprope inexistenti cei care vin cu date dupa 10k,20k,...,50k km.

Ma bate gandul sa incerc un soft insa ma gandesc la ambreaj, la planetare, la cutie, etc... cum vor fi afectate ele pe termen lung ?

Concret tu ce soft ai, cati km de cand l-ai facut si ce probleme ai intampinat ?

Eu am facut chip undeva intre 10000 - 15000 km. Acum am 123 000 km.

Momentan nici o problema. Intre timp s-au mai adaugat: galerie marita, serpisori, admisie si arcuri .

Megane Classic 1,9 dci, cipat la 100000 km, in prezent aproape 220000, nici o problema pe partea de motor (in afara de cip am desfiintat catalizatorul de amorsare, linie esapament inox fara intermediara, doar catalizator sport si finala directa.

Nu neaprat pentru diesel, desi la diesel sau benzina turbo este cresterea mai mare si piesele sunt putin mai solicitate.

Deci ramane general : benzina si diesel - turbo si aspirat.
Este important sa specificati aceste aspecte.

Deocamdata feedback pozitiv - in ultima vreme gasisem soferi care obtinusera doar probleme dupa cip. Vedem ce urmeaza !

Optimizare soft RBN tuning pt 1.5 dci 60 KW, la 20158 KM in data de 24.10.2007.
In prezent 100975 KM, fara probleme legate de motor. La 97450 KM am inlocuit ambreiajul. Carcotasii ar putea spune ca are legatura, dar stiu Megane-uri 2.2 cu ambreiajul schimbat de 3 ori pana la 100000 KM.

1. Sunt curios cat de agresiva a fost modificarea ?
2. Iar sunt curios, ce simptome avea ambreajul de l-ai schimbat ? Ma gandesc ca marind cuplu atunci el se subtiaza mai repede prin urmare incepe sa patineze. Daca sunt alte simptome atunci nu cred ca este datorita modificarii de soft.

Fiind vorba de o masina de familie am ales varianta "Safety ChipTuning" 105CP si 241 Nm. Ambreiajul patina grav de tot exact cand aveai mai mare nevoie de el, respectiv in depasiri si urcari de pante(dealul negru) cu masina incarcata, de la treapta a 3a in sus. Daca circulam numai in oras, mai ducea lejer 10k km.

Chestia cu patinatul ambreiajului e din cauza faptului ca nu s-a corelat curba de cuplu cu cea de putere. Si eu am patit chestia asta, toate masinile cipuite, daca nu stii sa le tii, vor patina...

Te referi la softurile care "te baga" brusc in scaun de la o anumita turatie. Nu este cazul la mine. Motorul trage liniar pe toata plaja de turatie. De aceea am ales softul acesta.
Ambreiajul patina oricum, indiferent daca 'te dadeai la ea' sau urcai usor in ture.

Corect. Problema e ca placa OEM care avea 100000 km la schimbare a mai dus inca 100000 km si mai avea viata in ea daca nu ma manca in derier sa dau cutia jos crezand ca s-a bulitvambeiajul, cand problema era de la bucsa de la planetara...mai naspa a fost cu placa schimbata acum 30000 km, care va merge la intarit...

Da, am pus kit Valeo Origine, codul e 821166 parca, avea aceleasi coduri ca si piesele OEM, care tot de Valeo erau facute.
In ceea ce priveste pretul, nu mai stiu cat am dat, istoria e mai lunga, in anul 2006 masina a avut nevoie de rescriere de soft dupa o problema cu turbina, a fost dusa la un tuner de la vremea aia care a refacut tot softul. Masina avea la momentul ala aproape 90000 km. Ca bani, daca nu ma inseala memoria, am dat undeva pe la o suta si ceva de euro.

Avand tot motor de Reno,pot sa eunumar:
1.Volvo 1.9di 95 cp din 1999,cumparat cu 260 tkm,resoftat la 300 tkm de Llorand de la Cluj.Dupa resoftare ar fi fost undeva la 120-125 cp.Totul a functionat bine pana la 430 tkm cand l-am vandut.La 390 tkm a picat ambreiajul.In rest 0 probleme.
2.Volvo 1.9D 102 cp dus la 140 cp din 2002,cumparat cu 301 tkm,resoftat la 310 tkm,soft made by Completechip Iasi.Bani aruncati pe geam!Apoi cumparat fila modificata de la reichertchiptuning.tv,un rus la origine.Totul a functionat bine pana la 410 tkm,cand l-am vandut fara probleme.Singura chestie fiind ambreiajul care incepea sa isidea duhul.
3.Volvo 1.9D 115 dus la 155 cp din 2003,cumparat la 330 tkm,resoftat la 335 tkm.Soft made in Cehia.Vandut la 420 tkm fara nici ceamai mica problema.In schimb aproape de 410 tkm a inceput sa cedeze ambreiaujul.
4.Laguna 2 1.9Dci 120 cp din 2001 cumparata la 170 tkm si resoftata la 180 tkm.Dusa la 150 cp cu soft de la Lorand Cluj.Fara probleme pana la vanzare si anume 310 tkm cand s-a stricat cutia.
5.Actuala masina Megane 2 1.9 Dci cumparata la 212 tkm si resoftata la 219 tkm.Am trecut de la 131 la 160 cp.Softul made in Germania by Reichertchiptuning.O samai revin cu update-uri.

Mentionez ca toate masinile din lista au fost conduse normal,iar softul a fost citit/scris de mine.
In cazul in care aveti intrebari,va stau la dispozitie.

Cam 25k, a patinat ambreiajul de cateva ori(nu cred ca neaparat din cauza softului).In rest,nimic senzational:urca mai repede si liniar in ture.

165k km. No problemo. Ambreiaj Sachs schimbat pe undeva inainte de 100k km..

Singura chestie pe care am observat-o este ca a scazut viteza maxima . Cred ca a mai pierdut din ponei de-a lungul timpului. unsure.gif

Masinile din semnatura:
Meganeul 2 are deja vreo 25k km fara nici o problema.
Clio 3 are vreo 15k km fara nici o problema.

Am un Espace 4 din 2012 luat recent si are, conform vanzator, 183CP cu soft modificat.
Masina are motor 2.0 DCi de 150CP, DPF si Euro 5 si poate cel mai important cutie automata.
Sa ma astept la probleme dupa un tuning de acest fel pe termen lung?
Sincer mie nu-mi place ca prefer fiabilitate in loc la super performante. Dar n-am avut incotro in cazul asta.

Nu stiu cat tine un Reno cipuit dar pot sa va expun o experienta cu un citroen C3 cu 1.4 HDi. L-am condus de la 20k la 80k fara vreo modificare, apoi iesind din garantie l-am dus la tunizare. Am facut tunizarea "safe".

El a fost condus mai ales prin oras de catre fosta nevasta, pe la 110k mi-a parvenit inapoi. Deci n-as putea sa spun ca a fost folosit dupa valorile noi, dar tragea foarte frumos si repede. Fiind pe A3 i-am dat pedala.... si tot urca.... si urca.... si am zis sa vad pana unde duce biggrin.gif biggrin.gif, dupa vreo 10km rulati la vreo 175 kmh a inceput sa iasa fum de sub capota.... radmasa.gif . Protectia de temperatura pe o piesa la evacuare care este ignifuga se incinsese asa mult incat scotea fum (probabil ardea mocnit).

Deci aveti grija ca nu doar ambreiajul poate avea probleme.

este adevarat ce spui tu ... se intampla destul de des sa fie probleme si cu piesa dintre volan si scaun ... + blestemele fostei ... radmasa.gif
