Suruburi oricum le pun ca am nuturile cam uzate si oricum pe o poaie torentiala nu am chef sa-mi sara. Am intrebat pt ca sunt mai diferite si arata mai bine doar ca la unul i
s-a rupt ciocul in care intra stergatorul si as vrea sa mai iau unul la fel in stare proasta pt lamela aia.

Mi-au ajuns cred ca cele mai asteptate piese de la masina asta. A fost un moft de-al meu sa am stopuri noi. Cred ca saptamana asta imi ajunge si pompa de apa, am gasit de Scornicesti( ceva de pe stoc cred).

Sa n-ai pretentii prea mari de la pompa de Scornicesti. Uzina mai produce si acum, dar sunt vai de mama lor.

Pacat ca stopurile nu se potrivesc de nici o culoare cu anul de fabricatie al masinii.
In plus, daca lasi lampile marche arrière, o sa dea o combinatie de prost gust.

In 76 s-au montat in paralel stopuri Seima si Elba si pana la urma la modelul asta cu cat mai mult crom cu atat mai bine naughty.gif naughty.gif , iar lampile de marche-arriere vor fi astupate. Eu sper ca va iesi ceva frumos din masina asta cu toate ca, saraca, a fost hingherita destul de rau.

Nu sunt produse la Uzina, cu multi ani in urma productia s-a mutat la Scornicesti, aia a fost ultima lor Uzina.

La uzina (sau fabrica, cum vrei sa-i spui) din Scornicesti m-am referit; am trecut pe-acolo, am luat si o pompa de la ei, si de-aia zic.

Inteleg, "Uzina"(Dacia) este una...celelalte sunt uzine(fabrici). Chiar nu stiam ca mai fabrica sau ca inca exista Pulsor...cu toate ca este aproape de mine si trec des pe langa Scornicesti.

Poze cu ce-am facut miercuri si joi. Vineri m-am apucat sa dau jos antifonul de pe stalpi dar n-am mai facut poze. Guseurile, chiar daca nu par ruginite, vor fi inlocuite ca nu-mi plac pe spate. Cam asta ar fi.

P.S.- nu bagati in seama ce-i pe si in jurul masinii.

banuiesc ca te referi la intaritura stalpilor fata ,partea de sub aripi....daca-s ok ca tabla si au doar rugina superficiala nu le inlocui....nu-ti face de treaba cand nu trebuie + ca fierul din ziua de azi e fier mort,mai ales cel de conex......

Eu stiu ca guseul e la portbagaj,iar intariturile stalpilor fata sunt gascani.

Ee.. m-am incurcat in termeni. Ma refeream la gascan,in interior e camm mancat si nu are rost sa-l carpesc si nici sa nu iasa bine. Mai bine il inlocuiesc cu unul facut calumea de tinuchigiu din tabla mai sanatoasa. Sper sa fac rost si de o fusta fata si m-am aranjat. Cu tabla nu-mi fac probleme ca nu va iesi cum trebuie ca am tinichigiu bun care nu se grabeste si sudeaza in argon. La interior mocheta originala e praf asa ca o sa fac una noua(avem un tapiter mai batran in oras) din material rosu ca sa se asorteze cu noua culoare. Nici la partea mecanica n-am emotii ca tata a lucrat o viata la Dacii si are smecheriile lui. Partea unde nu va fii asa de reusita masina asta este partea ornamentelor in special barele dar sper sa o scot la capat si cu asta.

Guseul este in principiu o intaritura, ranforsare, poate sa fie in multe locuri; gascan e o denumire populara, precum ciolan, lulea...si masina are mai multi gascani biggrin.gif

Foarte mult de lucru nu e la ea, tot ce imi doresc e sa gasesc o fusta originala.


Saptamana trecuta am reusit sa dam jos bordul. Pana la urma nu cred ca voi mai schimba "gascanii".

Saptamana trecuta am reusit in sfarsit sa dam jos motorul. Contra-aripile arata bine, nu sunt ruginite... Si am reusit sa cumpar 2 parbrize noi.

arata binisor......ai de treaba la intaritura stalpului A ,o sudezi sau pui nou ?
Pentru harby : eu stiam ca gascanul e "triunghiul" ala care vine pus pe oala fata sus,intre ea si jgheabul caloriferului,tot ca un guseu arata !

Continuam cu demontatul... O chestie interesanta: gresor la fuzeta pt rulmenti. Oare in '76 s-au mai pus etrieri DBA? Ca la ai mei cel putin pe suporti scrie si parca am reusit sa descifrez un D si pe etrieri... smile.gif


Si rezultatul unei pompe de frana.... nu foarte grav.

Chiar daca mai incet, se lucreaza la masina...curatat, pasivat cu Evipass si prima mana de grund. A doua o dau cu pistolul... smile.gif Ultimele 2 poze sunt pt. comparatie:inainte si dupa pasivare.

nu da 10 maini de grund si nu amesteca mainile intre ele(pistolabil si pensulabil)...o sa iti cada/coscoveasca sau intra in reactie vopselele intre ele.....era suficient evipass-ul si o mana de sprit-chit pistolabil ....apoi o vopseai si mai tinea 30 de ani..... smile.gif

Oficial, azi am scapat de examene biggrin.gif 124.gif 124.gif deci de maine intru in linie dreapta cu lucrarile......in poze e ce am facut asa de relaxare inainte de examene....dureaza foarte mult dar asta este....trebuie facuta.

P.S. Scula asta de perie curata mai bine ca orice smirghel pe flex...in Romania nici nu am vazut, eu le am din Germania. Daca stiti cum se numesc sa-mi spuneti si mie sa cault si pe la noi.

Hehe,acu 3 ani pe vremea asta si eu ma apucam de masina... wub.gif

Cauta in magazinele de bricolaj (Leroy Merlin de preferat,acolo-s mai ieftine) disc curatare vopsea si rugina,exact asa se numeste la raft.Este in jur de 30-40 lei,dar faci treaba eficient.In locul tau as achizitiona o sticla de decapant(decanol de la policolor),aplicat in tot compartimentul motor,apoi acesta decapat fiind,montata o perie de sarma la polizor si curatat foarte bine pe unde a mai ramas rugina,vopsea.Dupa toate astea,aplicate doua straturi de zinc,doua de grund si nu ai treaba.

Mai postez si eu pt cine mai intereseaza....deci: am grunduit comp motor, am curatat interiorul la luciu unde era necesar si tot portbagajul la luciu, am matuit vopseaua veche, am dat cu evipass si urmeaza sa grunduiesc...


Dupa planurile mele, pana incep scoala ar trebui sa aiba tinichigeria facuta.

Am gasit o Dacie care are fusta ca cea din imagine(deci cu ambutisajele in chenar rosu)in stare foarte buna si inca o Dacie cu fusta ca cea originala(deci fara ambutisaje) dar trebuiesc refacute partile cu verde ca sunt mancate. Sunt in dubii pe care sa o aleg,cu toate ca inclin spre prima varianta dearece nu cred ca se vor vedea prea tare cu tampoane mari si proiectoare. Totusi mai cer o parere...




Scuze Rob3rt ca ti-am folosit masina ca model.
