Vazui mai devreme stirea asta la televizor si cred ca tatal copilui nu are nici un pic de minte,pt ca copilul nu va mai creste normal in inaltime.
Singurele exercitii de forta permise pt copii sunt cele cu greutatea propiului corp(genoflexiuni,flotari, abdomene,alergare ,etc)

Nu stiu daca ceea ce face ii va afecta cresterea, este posibil, dar cred ca nu va arata ca un om normal la 20 de ani, sa zicem.
Sunt sigur ca ii da si proteine, ori el la varsta aia are nevoie de altceva.

Saracul copil... Oasele-i sunt in plina crestere si el merge-n maini cu greutati legate de el. O sa aiba dureri atroce dupa ce mai creste putin.

La al doilea clip, la sfarsit, dupa ce face flotarile alea incredibile sprijinit in lemnele alea, ta-su-i zice sa darame lemnele, sa dea cu piciorul in ele. Cand copilul le darama, ta-su' se bucura ca un handicapat, ii insufla copilului sentimentul ca lovind cu piciorul, daramand, stricand, a facut un lucru fantastic.
Copilul ala (si nu din vina lui) o sa iasa un animal, un bataus fara discernamant.

Altceva - inima unul copil de 2-5 ani rezista bine la solicitarile alea? Intreb pt ca nu stiu.

ca guta din deva arata destui care nu au facut sport. guta arata penibil pt un campionat national de culturism (unde a participat desi n-avea ce cauta acolo) insa ca om obisnuit se incadreaza in normal.
