de ce e asa de greu sa se spuna ce articol...si punct s-a incalcat....mai ales ca a fost unul in baza caruia s-a aplicat aceasta masura...sau nu...

cineva a luat o decizie sa o si prezinte daca omul cere lamuriri....

toata stima manuel, multe din discutiile aiurea se pot inchide cu o astfel de remarca... nu gen search...citeste regulamentu...citeste regulamentu la bursa...etc...

cum treaba a fost lamurita (desi cu un minim de efort se putea intelege din prima) se inchide.
Cu recomandarea sa se mai citeasca niste regulamente inainte de a se tipa de nedreptati.
