Afisare Speed Cam, Ilegal in Germania si alte tari din UE

Am vazut ieri la Auto Motor und Sport (pe VOX) ca in Germania este interzis sa ai activa functiunea de afisare a radarelor fixe pe sistemele de navigatie. wacko.gif Amenda este de 75 Eur. si 4 puncte penalizare dar se poate si confisca aparatul. Deci atentie prin Germania si alte tari unde aceasta functiune este ilegala.

Asta ma intrebam si eu. Chestia e sa nu te prinda radmasa.gif
Cred ca la sculele de navigatie ce se gasesc prin magazine au ei informatia, la PPC, PDA e mai greu ca n-au de unde sa stie ce soft ai tu instalat. In Navigon iti atrage atentia ca in unele tari e ilegal si ca in USA nu e disponibila aceasta functiune. In MIO Map nu scrie nimic dar se poate dezactiva.

Io sunt foarte curios cum o sa verifice ei ca eu am activata functia, daca atunci cand sa zicem ma opresc eu opresc de la boton PDA-ul.

Pol: - Ce aveti acolo?
Ovi: - Un PDA stins.
Pol: - De ce mergeti cu el stins?
Ovi: - Asa vrea muschii mei. Am incalcat vreo lege?
Pol: - Nu.
Ovi: - O zi buna, pa.

Este o tampenie legea, ca sa nu mai spunem imposibil de aplicat.

Lege germana, ma mira ca romanii nu s-au repezit sa o copieze smile.gif , ba chiar din contra, au dat liber la detectoare radar.

Probabil urmatoare lege o sa fie in genul

- este interzis sa va uitati cu atentie pe drumuri si sa remarcati camerele
- este interzis sa comunicati cuiva daca vedeti vreo camera
- sunteti obligat sa uitati pe loc locatia camerelor (sau este interzis sa memorati pozitiile camerelor)

eu zic ca daca nemtalaul a dat lege ca nu e voie, e in stare sa te puna sa ii dai drumu, ca sa vada ce soft ai in el!

MioMap. Si chiar l-am testat in Ludwigsburg (fara sa stiu la vremea aia de legea asta) si mergea perfect. Si in cazul camerelor de la semafoare si la cele radar (viteza)

am trecut prin HU, A, G, F, S, I si am avut speedcam-urile activate ...nu m-a oprit nimeni sa ma verifice... probabil e data legea dar cam greu sa te controleze sau se bazeaza pe faptul ca toata lumea o respecta.... rolleyes.gif
