unde vin puse ajutorul de cric la Symbol Thalia

Vreau sa ridic Reno-ul meu pe fata(si spate dar nu in acelasi timp) pe 2 ajutoare de cric (nu cric propriu zis). In engleza se cheama jack stand. Este vreun tutorial pentru asa ceva?
Unde gasesc valoarea la care trebuie setata cheia dinamometrica pentru strans prezoanele (de la roti) la Symbol Thalia II? In manualele masinii nu am gasit nimic.

Si la Symbol\ThaliaII se strang la 105 Nm , vezi si atasat.

si atunci unde pui cricul ca sa ridici fata sau spatele cu ambele roti in acelasi timp?

Vreau sa aflu si la ce moment tb stranse suruburile pentru etriere (in caz ca tb sa schim placutele/discul de frana). Exista informatia asta pe undeva?

Piulita axului la 80 Nm, surubul cilindrului frana spate la 15 Nm, surub de purjare a cilindrului frana spate la 6 Nm....

M-am uitat sub masina si am gasit un loc care pare suficient de solid pentru a putea fixa ajutorul de cric (fata dreapta).
Am atasat 2 poze cu locul respectiv incercuit.
Gresesc daca aleg locul acesta pentru a pozitiona ajutorul de cric pe fata dreapta(sau stanga)?
