Am de facut in septembrie un drum prin Europa: Ungaria, Austria, Germania, Italia si poate Belgia, Elvetia, Croatia si Slovenia. Stie cineva in care din aceste tari e legala folosirea detectorului? Multumesc

Prin Germania si Austria sigur te alegi cu amenda si daca il ai in functiune, poate puscarie. Nu stiu sigur, dar ei au legi foarte severe. Nu te-as sfatui.

Altcineva stie ceva cert? A calatorit cineva si a aflat ceva?

In Austria amenda minima pentru detector este de 100 euro.

Vreti sa spuneti ca dupa aprobarea noului Cod Rutier si legalizarea folosirii detectoarelor, RO va fi deschizator de drum in problema asta ?
Nu mai sint permise si in alte parti ?

Pai tocmai de asta ma gandeam si eu. Poate in alte tari oamenii au fost mai deschisi la minte.

Imi raspund singur. Am mers cu detectorul la dus Romania, ungaria, austria. In germania nu l-am folosit ca nu era cazul, in Elvetia nu l-am folosit, sper sa nu imi vina amenzile acasa. In Italia l-am folosit dar pe vreo 100 km inspre venetia erau semnale false, piuia incontinuu si la intervale regulate. Austria la intoarcere, Ungaria, mers 140-150 pe drum national si draga si scumpa Romanie unde mi-am luat amenda pentru 145 pe DN1 dupa valea Prahovei unde incep cele 4 benzi. Era radar de tip vechi si nu mi-a piuit detectorul. In afara de Romania n-am vazut radare pe unde am folosit detectorul. Adica pe Ungaria nici la dus nici la intors n-am vazut.

Eu am folosit detectorul peste tot pe unde am fost:Ungaria,Croatia,Slovenia, Italia. Nu mi-am pus nicioadata problema ca nu ar fi legal devreme ce in RO e permis (l-am folosit si in RO inainte de 2007). Dar acum citind pe forum o sa-mi revizuiesc atitudinea.M-a oprit odata politia in HU si au vrut sa ma amendeze pt ca foloseam luminile de ceata.Era noapte (apropo nu folositi luminile de ceata noaptea in Ungaria) si detectorul statea mandru pe bord.N-au zis nimic de el sau nu l-au vazut. In rest nu prea mi-a folosit ca au radare tip pistol si n-ai cand sa reactionezi. Daca e interzis cam peste tot o sa ramana numai pt RO ca aici e nevoie de el atat timp cat nu ai pe unde merge la un drum mai lung.

Canada (Illegal:Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island,New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, the Yukon Territory, the Northwest Territories Legal: Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan): Regardless of whether they are used or not, police there may confiscate radar detectors, operational or not, and impose substantial fines.[2]

United States law varies from state to state, but detectors are generally legal in private vehicles under the Communications Act of 1934[3] and illegal in commercial vehicles by DOT regulation (49 CFR 392.71). Exceptions:
Illegal in all vehicles: Virginia, Washington D.C., U.S. military bases
Illegal in commercial vehicles under state law: Illinois, New York (specifically, commercial vehicles over 10,000 lb. and all vehicles over 18,000 lb.)
