S-a rupt cureaua de distributie, cum se face punctul? , am gasit semne pe pinioane(fulii) dar nu vad nimic pe bloc.

Nu se poate invata de pe forum asta, e destul de greu si cu cartea tehnica daca n-ai mai facut, consulta un mecanic cu experienta, vezi ce pagube s-au produs daca s-a rupt in sarcina-asta e de fapt cel mai important-

am un mecanic dar e cam obosit- deobicei stiu ca sint semne pe bloc, pe pinioane si pe curea, nu le vad pe alea de pe bloc, de rupt s-a rupt in sarcina, a indoit 2 supape de admisie si a crapat un distantier de pe taket, mersi oricum

A schimbat cineva kitt-ul de distributie de la 1.9 dTi ? si nu unul original , daca da poate imi da si mie niste coduri de piese , please , vreau sa schimb si eu si la Renault in Brasov au zis ca numai piesele sunt 660 euro + TVA.

Trebuie sa imi spui codul complet al motorului. F9QA***
Daca masina ta este fabricata inainte de noiembrie 2001:
7701474446 si face ~130e. (intinzator, ghidaj si curea)
Daca este fabricata dupa nov 2001:
7701473837 si face tot vreo 130e.
Partea mai nefericita e ca daca ai F9Q731 kitul include pinionul de la arborele cu came, iar pentru asta nu am pret, dar codul este:
7701477026. Asta s-ar putea sa fie ceva mai scump, dar 660 de euro nu cred ca e. Arborele cu came este 440e, si aia e o piesa foarte scump de realizat.
Astept sufixul codului motorului ca sa iti zic ceva sigur.

m-am uitat si pe motor si parca este 73o .

dcsiki, poate te ajuta: am schimbat si eu de curind distributia la 1.9 dti [77k, fabr. martie 2002, motor F9Q744] si m-a costat 10 mil. kit-ul complet cu curea distributie+2 role + 2 pinioane si 1.5 mil manopera - nu la renault, evident. daca te intereseaza seria kit-ului pot sa ma uit, cred ca mai am cutia. Interesant e ca si cureaua si pinioanele erau ca si noi, doar rolele erau cam ciufulite, dar n-am riscat, masina era proaspat cumparata second hand. succes!

l-am schimbat si eu pana la urma ....... am luat kit distributie original renault ( 2 role + curea ) si curea accesorii + 2 role ( dina care una cu intinzator ) ---- de la augburg + placute de frana + ulei+ filtru + manopera schimbare totul a fost undeva la aproape 2000 ron .
Vedeti ca la 1.9dTi sunt 3 tipuri de motor al meu era F9Q736

Nu ai reper la pinionul arborelui cotit pt ca se foloseste un dispozitiv "calibru tija de punct mort".
Practic se invarte cu el arborele pana se ajunge intr-un punct unde se aliniaza pistoanele.
Problema e ca pinionul si fulia sunt prinse de arbore prin presare cu un surub ce se strange cu un anumit cuplu.
Daca nu e strans ,poate sa sara de la punct oricand.
