KIT-ul contine 4 PCB-uri complet asamblate - 2 x geamuri electrice, 1x dezaburitor, 1x inchidere centralizata.

Montajul este foarte simplu:
- se scot becurile din soclul de plastic
- se monteaza PCB-ul in acelasi mod ca becul, dar pe partea exterioara (vezi pozele de mai jos).

De unde esti?
Unde se pot vedea led-urile "la lucru"?

Ledurile sunt Osram si Avago si sunt folosite in auto.
Ledurile sunt in package P-LCC-2 iar unghiul de dispersie este 120°.

Din pacate aparatul foto nu ma ajuta sa demonstrez calitatea ledurilor.
Pentru cei din Pitesti pot sa fac demonstatia live.

Am vazut in ultima poza LED-ul alb si cel verde alimentate prin rezistor de aceeasi valoare 222 (2.2kOHM). Avand in vedere ca functioneaza la tensiuni si curnti diferiti, rezistorii ar trebui acordati cu LEDurile.

In specificatiile LEDurilor caderile de tensiune pe LED sunt date la un curent de 10mA, 20mA...
Cele doua leduri alb si verde sunt folosite de mine la un curent de 5mA deoarece au o intensitate luminoasa foarte mare - in jur de 2000mcd si sunt prea puternice pentru butoane.
Daca sunt folosite la 20 mA simbolul de pe buton se vede un punct luminos iar plasticul din interior de sub simbol se vede complet prin buton.
In graficele de mai jos poti vedea ca aceste doua LED-uri au cadere de tensine pe LED (Vf) identica la acelasi curent de 5mA.

Scopul meu este sa obtin intensitate luminoasa identica pentru toate culorile si nu curenti si caderi de tensiune identice pe LED.
De exemplu pentru LED-ul albastru folosesc o rezistenta de 680 Ohms desi caderea de tensiune la 20mA este aceeasi cu cea a ledului verde.

Ai si pentru climatizare?

Pentru climatizare este in lucru o solutie simpla si ieftina dar deocamdata este la stadiul de prototip.

poti face poze cu galben langa rosu? si cu ceva lumina si pe intuneric? cati lm au galben si rosu?

Pune te rog o poza (sau mai multe, cu timpi diferiti de expunere) cu ledurile galben, portocaliu si rosu.
Sunt curios cat de aproape de nuanta originala de portocaliu a butoanelor este ledul tau portocaliu.

Fluxul luminos al ledurilor rosu si galben (pentru un curent de 20mA) este:
- rosu 2100mlm
- galben 2600mlm

Aceste module pot fi folosite pentru alte aplicatii in interorul masinii ca leduri de 12v (14,2V mai exact). Pentru alte aplicatii pot modifica valoarea rezistentei pentru un curent mai mare tinind cont de puterea maxima a rezistentei si curentul maxim posibil prin LED.

Aceleasi leduri le folosesc si pentru turometru, vitezometru si display pentru a avea aceeasi nuanta de culoare in masina.
Daca doriti pot sa va trimit si ledurile pentru turometru, vitezometru si display.

English details - For sale LED KIT for bulb replacement switchs central console window lift, door lock and defrost for DACIA Renault Logan Sandero Duster

This PCB KIT is used to replace bulbs from switch buttons from central console (2xwindow lift, door lock and defrost) with LEDs.

These PCBs contain SMD LED and coresponding resistor. It is not neccesary to have knowledges about electronic development or tools for soldering.

It is neccesary to remove the bulb from yellow plastic and replace it with this PCB but mounted on the top side of the yellow plastic.

The view angle of the LEDs is 120° and offer a very good illumination of the switch symbol even if it is preesed.

The color of the LEDs can be:

- yellow

- green

- orange (the same LOGAN color)

- white

- red

- blue



One KIT contain 4 PCBs assambled (2xwindow lift, door lock and defrost).

Price per KIT is 7 euro + delivery cost.
