7. a ) Desi acesta este un forum auto, el NU este un loc pentru samsarii de masini! In consecinta, cei ce vind masini/motociclete/scutere etc. aduse din vest si care NU sint inmatriculate in RO, sa NU publice astfel de anunturi aici! ORICE post sau topic care NU se conforma cu aceasta regula este sters fara avertizare, iar autorii anunturilor primesc BAN PE MINIM 15 zile calendaristice fara alta avertizare.


Intrebare: o masina cu numere rosii inmatriculata provizoriu se poate spune ca este inmatriculata in Ro sau nu ?
Intreb de curiozitate caci era un topic la bursa cu o masina cu nr. rosii de Ro care a fost sters .

Daca masina nu are numere "negre" nu este inmatriculata ... numere rosii inseamna inmatriculare provizorie ... eu asa inteleg .... poate unul din admin lamureste odata pretru totdeauna aceasta problema.

Regulamentul spune clar ,,masina inmatriculata" nu definitiv ci pur si simplu inmatriculata si care poate circula legal in Ro. ,daca nr rosii sunt valabile masina este inmatriculata chiar daca provizoriu.Daca avea nr. expirate atunci da este o masina neinmatriculata.
Oricum se poate imbunatati regulamentul sau se poate face ca pe alte forumuri monomarca unde nu sunt permise vanzarile care nu sunt marca forumului.

Eu cred ca regulamentul este destul de clar daca exista bunavointa cititorului. Vrem sa ne ferim de samsari. O masina cumparata si inmatriculata temporar care este scoasa la vanzare are in 99.99% din cazuri proprietar samsar.
