Au scos din nou Azuga dar nu mai e făcută în România. E bună nepasteurizata. Am încercat și Timișoreana și mă așteptam să fie mai bună decât cea normală dar nu mi se pare. Nu-mi place nimic de la Timișoreana.

Smithwick bei in loc de apa. Sint alte ale-uri mult mai bune, care sint produse local de pub si care le bei numai la acel pub. La un astfel de pub vreau sa il duc pe Mars cind vine data viitoare aici

Am gasit din intamplare un pub in Covent Garden: Craft Beer, foarte aproape de British Museum. Au vreo 30 de feluri de bere draft, toate complet necunoscute mie, par a fi de la mici producatori independenti.

Am incercat un stout (Broken Dream de la Siren), mi s-a parut mult mai interesant decat Guinness. Daca aveti drum prin Londra, merita mers acolo wink.gif.

O chestie similara am gasit la Chisinau, Beer Factory ii spune, e un local unde fac si berea lor, nu au atatea feluri, doar vreo 6 sau 7, au insa o chestie misto, un sistem de degustate, ca sa stii ce alegi mai departe. Majoritatea sunt nefiltrate.

Chiar asa, daca nu e nici o diferenta stau si ma intreb de ce fraierii care importa bere din Ireland nu importa din moldova ruseasca la un sfert de pret? blink.gif Ca berea nemteasca se cam face local, nu prea se importa.

Si ca sa iti raspund la intrebare, am fost la chisinau in 2006 ultima data si am baut bere din aia. Nu mai imi trebuie.

Ma rog, in 2006 nu cred ca exista respetivul local, cine stie ce v-au dat...Asa ca, Degustibus non disputandum...faza e ca din pdv-ul meu, tot ce tine de Irlanda, Dublin and shit este mult over-rated. Marketing si atat. Am fost anul trecut cateva zile si nu m-a dat nimic pe spate, in mod deosebit...stiu sa-si vanda marfa, OK, dar atat. Nimic wow...
Si ca sa revin la intrebare, de ce nu se importa bere din Md, probabil tot de aia, din cauza ca prefera sa aduca ceva care se vinde singur, din cauza de impresie artistica si fara legatura cu calitatea intrinseca a unui produs...oricum, decat Guiness care are un gust de parca ai stins un cartus de Carpati in el, prefer oricand berea aia moldoveneasca, poate chiar si un vin, ca din asta irlandezii nu fac decat asa, ca sa se afle in treaba, desi se dau rotunzi ca sunt si tara vinificatoare...

Si eu sunt cam de aceeasi parere, dar trebuie sa recunosc ca marketingul irlandez functioneaza. Nici nu aveti idee cate bauturi provin de acolo, pana nu cititi eticheta smile.gif.

Revenind la bere, nu pot spune ca cele irlandeze sau englezesti m-au dat pe spate, dar imi plac pentru ca nu sunt atat de acidulate ca cele lager, nici nu se simte atat de pronuntat gustul de hamei. Fermentatia la temperaturi mai inalte elibereaza arome aparte, de aceea berea ale mi se pare mai interesanta.

Alea belgiene mi se par cele mai interesante, by far. Dar, pentru ca au zahar si multe calorii, vara prefer un Guinness sau un Murphy's, desi nu se compara cu alea draft de la mama lor. Nu au zahar, acid mai deloc, rad un pahar plin fara sa respir.

Si mai e ceva: cele lager sunt, in marea lor majoritate, fabricate in Romania. Heineken-ul romanesc sigur are sapun in reteta wink.gif.

Luati, macar de curiozitate, beri de la Fuller's, ca se gasesc peste tot (London Pride, Golden Pride si mai ales ESB - traiasca conu' Mucix) si mai vorbim.

Ale nu erau fermentate mai "jos"? blink.gif am trăit în greșeală?

Berile enumerate de tine nu sunt foarte apreciate pe aici, mă refer la majoritate, drept urmare vânzările scăzute. la noi astea sunt produse de nișă.
Da unui "drojdier" de la noi ghines și pe lângă că e scumpă, o să-ți spună că il fura cu ocaua mica (pint vs halbă) și că el vrea bere, nu cafea.
ESB se bea ușor, dar e și foarte dulce - iarăși, de gustibus.

Am fi putut vedea și bere muligambeza in airland, dar ei l-au votat pe Dodon.
