Probleme motor 2.0dCi 150 CP admisie, sunet dubios admisie

Salutare dragii mei,

Am un Koleos 2.0 dCi 150 CP acelasi motor prezent pe multe alte masini.
Urmatoarea problema:
- tester: zero erori
- mers peste 3000 r/min - zero probleme urca in turatii 3000-5000 fara probleme

Intre 1000-3000 are ceva ezitari (urca greu in turatie)
ajunge la aprox 2800-3000 r/min are un moment de pauza dupa care sare la 3000 r/min si merge fara probleme
la plecat dupa loc sau de ex treapta 3 - 2500 r/min si vrei sa te bagi in depasire - ciuciu... se poticneste cateva secunde bune 5-10 sec dupa care merge

In acel moment de poticnire si accelerare se aude ca un sunet de aspirare prin tub spar in partea stanga pe admisie.
Am schimbat:
- TRS
- EGR - 2 buc
- senzor admisie supralimentare turbo (cel dintre clapeta si EGR)
- curatat DPF (pe tester arata 7-8 g de funingine in el - max a fost 14g)
- schimbat filtru epurator
- supapa de pe racitor nu este blocata
- schimbat furtune vacuum (tot circuitul)

La Serus un mecanic a spus ca baga din prima presiune turbo prea mare.

Pe tester in mers EGR se deschide maxim 42% cel mai mult.


Dubios ca are zile cand merge fara probleme si zile cand face figuri de imi vine sa ii dau foc....

As fi recunoscator daca imi imparatasiti din problemele voastre similare si rezolvare.

Astea cam sunt simptome de EGR care nu face treaba cum trebuie ... zici ca ai schimbat doua? ambele erau noi sau SH ?

Ar mai fi o cauza ,poate sa fie senzorul MAF după simptomele cum zici tu a pățit la fel un prieten, și la fel pe tester nu dădea nimic,poate fi de la MAF

Am schimbat si senzorul MAF cel aflat intre clapeta acceleratie si EGR.

EGR
- unul nou MagnettiMarelli ce a fost dat jos dupa 30 km - nu puteam accelera si am mers cu mufa scoasa pana la alt service
- unul SH marca VDO (original dupa alta masina)

Culmea ca cei de la Serus nu au vazut nimic incorect contra sumei modice de 1.000 lei doar sa se plimbe 1 h cu masina....

MagnettiMarelli - spun baietii unde merg eu ca sunt de rahat ..

Recent am schimbat la C5 EGR-ul si mi-au pus QWP .. au zis ca dintre toate EGR-ulrile montate de ei la astea au fost cele mai putin probleme ... oricum ei zic ca la schimbare de EGR este "cum iti este norocul" sa ii citez ...

Ei zic ca ori pui OEM dar si cu asa ceva au avut probleme ori QWP ...

De verificat si functionarea geometriei variabile la turbo si comanda turbinei ... o presiune prea mare bagata de turbo da ce spui tu ...

Va salut,
B888WDH, cand s-a montat EGR nou pe masina s-a facut reinitializarea acestuia cu Clip-ul? Daca nu s-a facut este posibil ca asta sa fie cauza. Iti pun mai jos atasat procedura de reinitializare a valvei EGR, extrasa din manualul pentru reparatii.

Nu s-a facut nicio reinitializare sincer.
Multumesc mult de info.
Posibil sa gasesc rezolvarea pentru ca nu mai inteleg nimic din masina de 6 luni...

Revin cu info dupa un test cu Autel.
Am dat si initializare EGR din tester - succes
Ceva nu ii place...
Nu am schimbat pana acum Debitmetrul....
Ar fi ultimul de schimbat, in rest fiind cam nou...

Gaseste pe cineva care are Clip, se pricepe cu el bine si fa un test de drum cu urmarire de parametrii ... pana atunci doar schimbi una alta dupa ureche ..

Mergi la meserias nu mai schimba dupa ureche piese, ca te ia durerea de cap la cati bani costa.
Sau mergi la reprezentanta Dacoserv Militari .
Le spui clar la baieti,daca schimba piesa degeaba si nu e de acolo, nu le platesti nimic !!!

Merge si fara debitmetru,cu mufa scoasa. Incearca sa scoti mufa si iesi in teste.
Stiu vw passat motor 2,0 tdi merge din septembrie anul trecut fara debitmetru zilnic. Face naveta bucuresti-pitesti si retur.

Am schimbat si Debitmetru. Adevarat cel vechi arata valori 60-80-300 etc. Acum cel nou arata 0,2-0,3 la relantiu si creste usor la accelearatie.
Senzor MAP schimbat. Cel vechi arata presiune mai mare decat cea atmosferica. Acum cel nou arata cu 8-10 bar mai putin.
Tot degeaba...
Pacat ca la Dacoserv prima zi libera este 10 Aug...

Daca da presiune prea mare la turbo este posibil sa fie infundata galeria de admisie sau catalizatorul/filtru de particule.

Ciudat cu Dacoservul. Ai fost la Preciziei cu masina si nu te-a primit ?

De obicei ei preiau masinile si te duce la parter la tester ,dupa care ori te repartizeaza la un mecanic care il zici sau iti da ei unul care lucreaza in ziua aia si e liber.

Salutare. Azi ma duc pe la Dacoserv si revin cu info. M-am intors dupa 2 zile de 1600 km Buc-Thesalonok. La dus 13l/100km drum intins, la intora 8 l/100km. Aceleasi simptome, la 2500 r un blocaj, pedala la podea, sunet spart pe admisie dupa care dispare si trage masina in parametrii.
Chiar este o provocare aceasta masina.

Colegul b888wdh, pana la urma ai vandut masina sau s-a rezolvat la Dacoserv, ar fi util pentru ceilalti posesori de Koleos sa spui cum au decurs treburile mai departe.
