1.30 euro/km in Graz este la fel pentru austriac asa cum este 1.39 lei/km pentru tine. Pentru cine e mai naspa? Pentru austriac care plateste 1.16 euro pe litrul de benzina sau pentru tine care platesti 5.04 lei pe litrul de benzina?

Nu are rost sa vorbim despre amortizare. E vorba doar despre faptul ca noi suntem cu 50 de ani in urma.

Nu cred că o să țină figura. A mai încercat și Apple chestia asta și a luat-o peste bot.
Odată cumpărată mașina, este proprietatea mea și este dreptul meu să decid ce fac cu ea. Tesla nu-mi poate impune nimic. Din momentul în care i-am plătit mașina, Tesla nu mai are nici un drept asupra ei sau a mea.
Așa a încercat și Apple să declare jail-breakingul ilegal și n-a reușit. Tot pe motivul ăsta: că odată cumpărat telefonul, el devine al meu și nu-mi mai poate interzice nimeni să-l modific dacă am chef.

Dacă încearcă, o să fie probabil niște procese și o să piardă.

'malfunctions of the falcon-wing doors, water leaks, and infotainment and climate-control system problems'

Mie mi se par defecte care nu privesc sistemele importante ale masinii. De exemplu nu sunt probleme la sistemul de propulsie sau la baterii. Avand in vedere performantele de supercar ale masinilor Tesla, cred ca pot fi folosite la condus zilnic fara prea mari batai de cap.

Clientii vor decide pana la urma daca pot trai cu aceste defecte sau daca la urmatoarea achizitie vor schimba marca.

Aici e un pic de discutat daca intervine proprietatea intelectuala.
De exemplu, in cazul unui telefon, acesta poate fi proprietatea ta in ceea ce priveste echipamentul fizic. Dar software-ul de pe telefon nu este proprietatea ta, este proprietatea Apple si tu esti doar un utilizator care are dreptul sa-l utilizeze in conditiile specificate de Apple si de legislatia privind drepturile de autor.

Tesla s-ar putea gandi la ceva de genul unei licentieri a sistemului de autopilot, si atunci poate impune anumite conditii in care sa fie utilizat.

Dacă-ți plouă înăuntru, sau clima bagă rece cînd tu îi zici să bage cald, atunci condusul zilnic fără bătaie de cap e cel puțin discutabil.

Păi da, și Apple tot pe chestia asta a mizat. Și totuși în justiție i-au dat peste ochi. Rolul drepturilor de autor este acela de a te proteja de piratare, de vînzarea fără drept a copiilor ilegale. Ele sînt gîndite pentru protecția autorului, nu pentru a-i da acestuia vreun avantaj asupra cuiva. Dacă Apple introduce niște condiții abuzive în acel disclaimer, ele pot fi anulate în justiție (la fel ca un contract bancar cu clauze abuzive, de exemplu, chiar dacă-i semnat de ambele părți). Apple îți poate interzice să copiezi softul și să-l vinzi mai departe. Dar nu-ți poate interzice să-l folosești în zilele de marți și joi, că așa are el chef. Justiția a considerat că interdicția de a-ți debloca softul nu a fost gîndită pentru protecția intelectuală a companiei, ci doar pentru a-și asigura un avantaj de piață neloial. În consecință, a decis că e abuzivă.
