Ok, nu ai navigatie pe masina ta. Ideea e ca aceste harti pentru R-link NU vin direct de la Tom Tom asa cu ti-au venit ( update-ul ) tie pe un aparat dedicat ( PNA/PND - Tom Tom Go) ci trebuie sa treaca prin "filtrul" producatorului ( Reno ) care le "adapteaza" R-link-ului si de aici apare diferenta de 1 an. Cu alte cuvinte desi cele doua navigatii fac acelasi lucru si folosesc acelasi producator pentru harti, modalitatea de actualizare a hartilor este diferita.
Cat despre transformarea R-link-ului 2 in "racheta cosmica" e cam SF...cred ca toti cei cu variantele 2.X.X isi doresc Android Auto sau de ce nu toti cei cu R-link isi doresc integrarea Waze-ului ca aplicatie direct pe aparat. Restul sunt ""optionale".

Cu un cablu de 5cm iti legi telefonul la una din mufele usb iar pe el il lasi acolo sub bord...dar deja discutia s-a departat de subiect.

Eu asa am rezolvat problema cu cablul si conectarea telefonului.

Am folosit suportul respectiv l-am lipit frumos pe consola centrala in lateral si am folosit cablul respectiv de 30 de CM lungime si cu mufa la 90 de grade ca sa nu imi afecteze locul din consola centrala, lungimea e exact cat e nevoie de a sta telefonul in plasa si a ramane conectat.

Da, pare cea mai eleganta solutie pana in acest moment. Problema care am sesizat-o eu insa e legata de semnalul gps al telefonului, am un S7 si poate este doar problema telefonului meu, dar atunci cand este sub bord calitatea semnalului tinde sa fie mai proasta, deci eu am optat sa il prind pe aerator.

PS. Update valabil pentru toate autoturismele cu R-link 2 ( Megane, Talisman, Koleos, Kadjar, Espace, Scenic )

Si actualizarea sistemului ce face ? E ca la mobile, il buleste ? De ce nu scrie ce se modifica efectiv?
Apropo, balarii in ecu pot baga pe teava asta ? Ca decat sa ma trezesc cu nus ce prosteli mai bine merg cu waze si maps !

@myreno4me despre actualizarea sistemului s-a discutat pe topicul R-link-ului...aici se discuta despre hărți.
Nu se intampla nimic rău dacă îți faci update-ul.

Ok, pe langa harti imi apare si chestia aia, ma scuzati , despre respectivul update o sa vad pe topicul dedicat, mai ales ca nu se poate scoate bifa la el si nici nu spune concret ce reprezinta.

Daca da schimba stick-ul de memorie...

Pentru update trebuie sa respectati urmatoarele :

IMPORTANT UPDATE
You have requested an update to your R-Link software or your maps.
These updates improve the overall performance of your R-Link or improve your maps for a better navigation.

From your computer:
Before inserting your USB key into your vehicle to perform your software update, it is necessary to disconnect other devices connected via USB (USB key, Smartphone).
Insert the SD card / USB Stick into your computer to start the download.
The download of the R-Link software takes several minutes *.
Download time for map updates can vary depending on the content requested*.
Once the download is complete, remove the SD card / USB Stick from your computer

In your vehicle:
The following procedure must be carried out whilst the engine is running.
Insert the SD card / USB Stick.
The installation process will start automatically.
During the installation of the software and maps, R-Link will be available, including access to your navigation system (The message "Card Not Found" is displayed).
The installation of the R-Link software takes several minutes.
The installation of the map updates can vary depending on the content requested. **
/!\ Do not remove the SD card/ USB Stick until the installation is complete. Removing the card before the installation is complete may damage the R-Link system.
Once installation is complete, the R-Link system will restart automatically and you will find access to all the features of your R-Link, including your navigation.
If the installation is interrupted *** DO NOT REMOVE THE SD CARD / USB STICK to allow your R-Link to finish installing the software or map updates the next time you start R-Link. Once the installation is complete you will be able to access to all the features of your R-Link, including your navigation.

* The download times depend on the size of the downloaded mapping and your internet speed when downloading.
** The installation of mapping requires at least 20 min and can significantly exceed that time maps for some large size.
*** Once your R-Link switches to standby installation is interrupted. The R-Link can pause for example, if the engine is off or if you leave your vehicle and close the access.

Oare la reprezentanta nu fac update la harti ca doar am primit 3 ani de update gratuit la harti?
Sau trebuie platita manopera? Din ce am inteles se baga 2 ore de manopera la asa ceva.

Momentan se pare ca update-ul V2017.12 este disponibil doar pentru cei cu ecran de 7 inch.

Azi am facut update-ul. Totul a mers struna. Am verificat hartile si sunt 2017 luna12. Pachetele in total sunt de peste 5 GB. Mentionez ca la mine display-ul e de 7 inch.

Salut,
Esti inregistrat pe store-ul din romania? Adica direct pe renault.ro, de acolo ai pus actualizarile?
Eu nu reusesc sa pun hartile, dupa ce trece de suma de control si verificare licenta, la copiere fisiere de pe stick imi zice direct Actualizare esuata.

Ce dimensiune are stickul cu care ai operat?

@tovidiu am folosit un stick chinezesc de 8gb formatat fat32 . Eu am facut actualizarea cu motorul pornit. Nu conteaza unde am eu inregistrata masina ( Romania, Spania, Franta..etc ) actualizarea apare pentru toti in acelasi timp.

Salut
Eu am display mare, de 7". Imi apar actualizarile inclusiv harta.
Tot update-ul decurge normal, la sfarsit primesc mesaj ca s-a terminat cu succes dar totusi hartile sunt din 2017.06 si nu 2017.12.
Are cineva vreo idee ce se intampla?
Pe parcursul update-ului am avut o singura atentionare ca limba selectata in masina nu este compatibila cu comenzile vocale, i-am dat OK si totul a decurs normal. A durat mai mult de 20 min., am avut motorul pornit si la sfarsit asa cum am spus am primit mesaj ca updet-ul s-a finalizat cu succes, dar hartile sunt cele vechi!

Ecran mare nu este cel de 8' ? Altfel, este tip lanscape (mic) sau portret (mare) ?
On : aveti idee, masina trebuie sa stea pe loc in timpul update-ului, sau poate fi in mers ?

@szgy daca ai ecranul mare "tesla style" de 8.7" inca nu este disponibil noul update ( v2017.12 ) Citeste mai sus...

@myreno4me poti sa il faci in mers, eu asa am facut imbinand utilul cu placutul!

Am display mare tip portret. Daca nu este disponibil pt ecran mare, atunci de ce apare la update-uri la mine, cred ca ei stiu exact ce tip de display am. Daca nu ma insel cand am facut contul am introdus S/N de la tableta.
