Deci o fost cam asa: romanii și dacii au fost un fel de Cowboys and Indians. Romanii i-au exterminat pe indieni în teritoriile pe care le controlau. Avem o gaura de câteva sute de ani în istorie ceea ce înseamnă că după Retragerea Aureliana în spațiul carpato-danubiano-pontic era un fel de Vestul Sălbatic. Ala cu sabia mai mare stăpânea. Dacă ciolovecii de se cafteau in zona nu erau și analfabeți, printre alte calități, am fi aflat și noi câte ceva din timpurile alea. Asa ca istoria noastră antica povestita și repovestita de persoane aflate la sute sau mii de km și zeci sau sute de ani distanță, e ca și cum as povesti eu un meci de fotbal jucat prin 2002, povestit de bunicu' înainte sa dea colțul.
Deci orice disputa e degeaba, naiba știe ce a fost cu adevărat atunci și cine din cine se trage.

Mai am vreo 5 ani si termin de platit al doilea apartament ... ma rog .. termin ... ca se plateste singurel ...

2 camere incepe de la 350 euro, periferie... cu noroc si ajunge la 800 ultra mega high

al meu este dat cu 500 de exemplu .. in zona ok si apartamentul pus la punct .. ok ... zic eu ..

La 15 km. de München, 66 mp, etaj 3 cu lift, 2 camere, 990 Euro (chirie cu cheltuieli incluse).
Se adauga curentul cam 70 Euro, fix+net inca 30 si diverse alte optionale (asigurari).
Acelasi bloc, etaj 5/7, 1600 Euro pentru 104 mp.

Eu dau 1030 cu întreținere și parcare. Anul trecut dădeam 90 in plus la curent, anul asta a scăzut la 30. Mai pun netul 30 și anul asta o să scadă și întreținerea. Mai dau 55 la garaj.
90 mp, 2 dormitoare, 2 băi. Pivniță am văzut că e by default aici, deci nu o mai pun.
Asigurările sunt incluse in pachetul de la bancă. biggrin.gif

Cand stateam langa Toulouse la 12km intr.un orasel cu autobuz si parcari stradale si suspendate moka plateam 550€ pe un T1 de 40-45mp , adica 1 camera , 1 salon cu bucatarie deschisa, 1 balcon maricel , 1 baie, 1 loc parcare subterana si cate erau libere exterior, intr.un bloc de 2 etaje cu interfon si poarta electrica de intrare in resedinta. La astea se adauga 100€ asigurare apartament, 30€ internet , tv si fix, electricita si apa in functie de cat consumai si inca de taxa de nu mai stiu cat.
Eftin in Romania.

Bravo, Bulane! Si de jena cand stii ca diaspora isi rupe picioarele si tot trebuie sa te duci la vot. Am fost surprins sa vad ce cozi erau la vot. Per total, cu drumul pana la sectie si inapoi, a durat cam 30 minute. M-am miscat repede sa dau stampila mai departe. Mi se pare de bun simt sa te duci la vot.
