Split unit:
+ o singura unitate exterioara, deci un singur traseu de conducte, cabluri, spatiul ocupat pe fatata mai mic

- ambele unitati trebuie sa fie in acelasi mod racire/incalzire. La prima vedere nu e bai, dar daca la vara unul vrea 20C si altul vrea 24C, iar temperatura e undeva la 23, atunci intra in conflict.

In functie de marca, si cine face montajul, poti iesi mai ieftin cu un split. Depinde de traseu.

1 dublu split e mai scump ca 2 separate, daca racesti o singura camera consuma mai mult. daca ai loc pe fatada, nu ai nici un motiv sa mergi la dublu split. Sa mai zic ca daca se strica ala dublu esti de tot in buda?

Asa o patit fratele meu. S a dus nustiu ce placa la unit ext...si costa cat nu face reparatia. Bine are ..avea cc 10 ani de folosinta.
Nu stiu marca..una cunoacuta chipurile o costat cat 3 normale.

Nu știu cum e arhitectura locului, dar eu răcesc două camere plus holul către care au deschiderea cu un singur AC, montat în hol.
Avantaje mari sunt două: e doar un aparat și nu se răcește direct spațiul în care stau, nu există disconfort. E o răcoare plăcută, fără a-i simți sursa.
Dezavantajul e că trebuie să țin ușile deschise.

Asa as fi vrut si eu, ar fi fost ideal, insa nu pot pune unitatea in hol pentru ca as avea vreo 6 m de traseu, daca nu chiar mai mult. Holul e fix opus de locul unde am fereastra.

Si in afara de lipsa de eficienta a unei tubulaturi de 6m, as avea si un traseu inestetic fix orin toata camera.

Ca ar trebui sa tin usile deschise nu ar fi o problema pt mine.
