Compania Apple a anunțat într-un scurt comunicat că Steve Jobs, în vârstă de 56 de ani, a decedat.

"Suntem profund întristați să vă anunțăm că Steve Jobs a murit astăzi," a spus compania într-o scurtă declarație.

"Imaginația,pasiunea și energia lui Steve au fost sursele nenumăratelor inovații care au îmbunătățit viețile noastre. Lumea este incomensurabil mai bună datorită lui Steve", mai scrie Apple, potrivit AP.

Fostul director al companiei suferea de cancer la pancreas de aproape 7 ani.

Nu mi se pare ca a spune "odihneasca-se in pace" s-ar incadra intr-o anumita credinta. Nu vad conotatia catre un anumit simbol dintr-o religie (fie ca vorbim de catolici, crestini sau evrei) ci doar mesajul.
Oricum, fiecare spune cum vrea, eu unul prefer sa folosesc varianta cu o deschidere mai mare catre cititor, poate nu toti sunt iubitori de sfinti, dumnezei sau vaci.

De acum lumea este un pic mai saraca.
Steve Jobs a fost un vizionar care a adus simplitatea si conceptul "it just works".
A facut dupa o viata de munca o companie cu o valoare de doua ori cat PIB-ul Romaniei.
