Nu aveam suierat si in afara de capitonajul de porcbagaj nu avea nimic greieri.
N-am nicio pretentie la capitolul asta decat sa puna totul la loc cum trebuie, ceea ce ar rezolva si greierii.
Legat de toba, dioftorul exagereaza, ca de obicei. Si crede ca are dreptate absoluta, ca de obicei. smile.gif

Atunci supces cu insonorizarea. Vezi ca dino-covorul ala se lipeste optim la cald. Feohn, canicula, soare, oricare din ele, sau toate la un loc, contribuie la o aderenta buna. Gen n-ai vrea sa-ti cada vreo pleasca d-aia de smoala prin portiera, cand ti-e gerul mai taios si lumea mai draga.
Apropo, vesca-s grele rau! Nu exagera cu cantitatea. O portiera burdusita cu mizeria aia de exemplu, iti va uza balamalele mai repede. In teorie cel putin.

Ah, ai mai zis o enormitate deranjanta mai curand, acum mi-am amintit, cacaseta mea noua de pe troaca e de fapt reconditionata. Nu bre, e noua si cat se poate de proaspata. N-ai cum sa pui in 2015 pe noul model de masina un nou model de caseta si sa se gaseasca de cumparat, separat, pe toate drumurile, iar tembelii s-o cumpere in disperare. Ce reconditionezi ca sa pui la vanzare?

Dreptatea este absolută, fincă, după cum urmează:
- mașină cu haion = greieri cool.gif
- mașină din anii 80-90 = greieri cool.gif

Rezultă: mașină din anii 80-90 cu haion = radmasa.gif


Că nu ești defect ca mine să oprești și să scoți tot din torpedou fincă greierește ceva acolo, de acord tongue.gif

Daca te deranjeaza NVH-ul nu prea inteleg ce faci cu saracu urs, nu a fost nici in tinerete etalon in departamentu asta.

Zic doar sa iti setezi un nivel realist de asteptari, sa nu crezi ca daca ai refacut masina de la 0, are sa fie "masina noua". Pe partea de vibratii transmise in caroserie, bmw a facut o treaba ok, dar la tine problema e cum a zis si Mutley data mai mult de aerodinamcia si etansari, unde mare lucru nu ai ce face. Daca vrei sa adaugi greutate de aia lipicioasa sa te concentrezi pe partea de tunel transmisie, pasaje roata, roata rezerva, plafon.

Nu ne intelegem. Am zis clar ca eu eram multumit de NVH inainte de interventie, deci vreau sa fie cel putin la fel. Chedere nu am luat noi, dar am unele mult mai bune acum. Nu batea vantul in masina inainte si n-o sa bata nici acum.

Dezamagit ca argon nu mai scrie nimic pe topicul lui, am zis sa pastrez focusul pe asta.

Mai astept o oferta de pret material bituminos si in functie de aia, ma apuc sa comand. Il vor aplica baietii la atelier si pretul manoperei initial stabilit nu se va modifica. Nici nu avea de ce.
Intre timp oricum ma mai documentez, se pare ca in materie de produse, e un soi de lupta iOS vs Android. Macar m-am convins de zonele unde ar trebui sa aplic material.
Ma gandeam sa incep cu 9mp^2, desi voci spun ca au intrat si 14+. Eu nu vreau sa pun atata greutate pe fier, si-asa doftorul zice ca e underpowered cu motorul stock.

Now, here is the issue: that huge test was with the old original Dynamat, the worthless asbestos stuff. 3 layers didn't do ANYTHING...except their little expose' pissed off many of their advertisers and eventually is the main reason David Navonne gets very little published these days, even though everyone knows he is the brains behind Navonne/Clark, the "winningest team in IASCA history".

You guys do know that crap has a HUGE profit margin, right? Plus, you can charge pretty much whatever labor you want, so EVERYONE loves selling the shit...even though it really does not do much.

Trust me, I have done 3 and 4 layers of "Extreme" too. I have had to do some shit I don't believe in, we all have our jobs to do, right?

The function of "Dynamat" is to reduce resonance. It really can't remove, block or even reduce road noise, the actual air rushing over the body, the noise of the tires...it just can't. What it can do is reduce the resonances of those noises in the metal so it SEEMS quieter. It will reduce the metal from ringing, that is about all it can do.

Figure it like this: Luxury sells, right? Quiet is luxurious, right? If applying a think gooey layer of nitrile rubber and aluminum foil over the inside surface made that big a difference in noise, MBZ or BMW or Lexus would do it in a heartbeat. Those guys DO spend millions in development every year, and every twist and turn is analysed to death.

Not one of the manufacturers puts a layer of shiny goo everywhere on the inside of the sheet metal, not one. If it actually worked, believe me, they would. Look at all the other shit they have stolen from us (the mobile electronics industry) and tell me that the few dollars that stuff would cost them at the manufacturing level wouldn't be worth it.

Can't you guys smell the bullshit here?

I truly wish this crap worked. I LOVE a quiet car. I would gladly spend a couple of days pulling my entire interior apart, rollering until I bleed if I got even a solid 3db of reduction. Hell, even if I got 3db of road noise reduction at only 70Hz I would do it...but it really does not work, thus all the legalese, thus all the very carefully worded bullshit, thus paying the celebrity car builder who knows absolutely dick about ANYTHING acoustical (WTF, the guy has an art degree, fer chrissakes!) but it sure has lots of people fooled.

I will say this though: I have sat through MANY "Dynamat Training Seminars". They ALWAYS have provided the best lunches in the industry. We are talking really nice food, sometimes an open bar as well.

What does that tell you?

Mufixe, io am auzit cu urechile mele diferenta. Eu ti-am recomandat sa pui o cantitate minima, nu mai detaliem ca nu are rost, plus am facut mare tamtam de astupatul gaurilor din diverse locuri, lipit panourile usilor cu mastic de parbriz, detaliat inclusiv ce sa le faci pentru a le putea desface usor oricand, etc, samd.

In plus ti-am zis sa nu ai sperante prea mari orice ii faci. Este sau nu este asa ?

Dynamat face treaba, dar pe un anumit tip de zgomote. Insonorizarea se face cu vreo 4 tipuri de materiale diferite/
Dynamat e de ajuns o chestie cat palma pe usa, nu trebuie tencuita ca nu e blocant.

Usile inca aveau insonorizantul OEM, era in stare buna, nu s-a vopsit peste el, asa ca l-am lasat in pace. In rest am luat un kit de la CTK si am refacut insonorizarea dupa formele care au fost din fabrica acolo unde nu le-am gasit OEM sau nu se justifica pretul
Insonorizarea de pe praguri am luat-o OEM noua, la fel cea de pe tunelul cardanului, in rest totul e cu CTK. Podea pasageri, sub bancheta spate, porcbagaj.
A iesit ok, zic eu.

Asta-i doar materialul de pus pe tabla. Daca vrei sa avansezi, vezi ca au iesit niste materiale misto conbinate (textil+bule). De pus pe podea si alte suprafete. O rola de 10m este pana in 300RON.

Stiu, dar am zis ca daca oricum nu am nevoie de muzica si mocheta are burete strasnic pe ea, nu are rost sa imi bat prea mult capul. Cum am mai zis, eu eram deja multumit de nivelul de zgomot din masina. Sincer nu vreau sa pun prea mult material sub mocheta pentru ca e groasa si mi-e teama sa nu se deranjeze la montaj.
Mocheta curatata tot de sharkky, a iesit si ea nesperat de bine.
